I liked how everyone you talked to made you feel like you were family. If you had a question they were able to tell you the answer or they knew who to ask if they needed a little help in answering your question. Everyone was very personable and easy to talk to. Honda of Lake Charles treated us with dignity even though we had not purchased an auto for over 12 years. We drove there to "check out " the inventory, During our tour of the dealership we decided that we would do a test drive. The Honda Pilots were much improved over our 2011 that we were driving. We literally had to be schooled on the new computer aspects of the new car. Ms. Kimberly had the patients and knowledge to help us out. We appreciate her long-suffering challenge! We are very happy with our purchase.
