Honda of Lake Charles treated us with dignity even though we had not purchased an auto for over 12 years. We drove there to "check out " the inventory, During our tour of the dealership we decided that we would do a test drive. The Honda Pilots were much improved over our 2011 that we were driving. We literally had to be schooled on the new computer aspects of the new car. Ms. Kimberly had the patients and knowledge to help us out. We appreciate her long-suffering challenge! We are very happy with our purchase.

My family was looking for an additional vehicle and turned to Honda of Lake Jackson before looking elsewhere. They had the Pre-Owned Vehicle we desired in stock and in exceptional condition. Honda of Lake Jackson has the easiest salespeople to deal with. This is my 4th vehicle from this dealership in years past and I'm old. They last forever. They have a Hugh selection of Hondas to view and purchase. The building has been there for years but looks like it was just built. They take pride in their business.
