I purchased a new vehicle and the folks at Tommie Vaughn Ford could not have been better. They were friendly and helped me find the right vehicle to suit my needs. I have always enjoyed the professional assistance from your sales staff in getting us into the 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. My salesman was very efficient & courteous while I was in the showroom floor. I highly recommend anyone to Tommie Vaughn Ford for their next purchase of a Ford vehicle. I also highly recommend any person looking for a used Ford, just ask for David, he's in charge of used vehicles. I'm a lifetime buyer & will continue to purchase my vehicles from Tommie Vaughn Ford.

I purchased a used Explorer. I was promised that the inside and outside would be detailed and when I picked up the car it was not cleaned at all. I'm very, very particular about my car being spotless and it was not cleaned. I also found some scratches that I am not happy with and would like to address these since the car was not clean at the time of pick up.

Experience was good, I would buy from them again. They had the car that I wanted in the color that I wanted. Very easy to deal with dealership. I would have gotten a better apr though if they would have tried to use my Transunion score. But it was still an overall great experience

King Ranch Expedition

Bought and end of the year 2015 King Ranch 4x4 Expedition with moon roof and 2nd row Captains Chairs. Had a very good experience witht the dealership including Laura Luna who was the sales rep. I look foward to dealing with their service group as i put miles on the vehicle. I am sure they will be as good as the sales side. I also took advantage of the 72 month 0% financing. What a deal!

Arrived at 9 a.m. And we're out with new car keys in hand by 11 a.m.! Great service and staff was extremely nice! Kendal worked hard to make a deal everyone was happy with! We purchased a 2010 Chevy Tahoe with 27k miles on it! I had done my research on the vehicle and pricing and my knowledge was appreciated and not frowned upon!

Unlike so many contemporary businesses nowadays, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sales team at Tommy Vaughn were collectively and individually courteous, honest, and had a "customer first" attitude. From the General Sales Mgr, (Max) to Dustin (Used Car Sales) and Anthony (Salesman), the entire team seemed to reflect the tradition and integrity that characterized Tommie Vaughn in his business and personal relationship. I was quite pleased and would certainly recommend this dealership to friends, relatives, or any person looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

F 350 Ford Crew Cab Super Duty 2015

Wonderful! I have been a customer since I bought my 1986 F350 crew cab pickup there. Since then I have bought numerous cars and trucks from Tommie Vaughn Ford. This last one was the most painless dealership experience yet. I called Christy Zeh and picked one of the stock units out on the internet while on the phone with her. She handled everything on the phone and delivered the truck the next day to my office. I didn't even have to leave. She brought me the truck and the paper work and gave one of my employees a ride back to the dealership to pick up another truck that was ready in the service department. I don't know how you can beat it. I have enjoyed my relationship with the Tommie Vaughn dealership for close to thirty years and will continue to buy there.

Helpful Vendors and Service

When I went to the dealership after calling to ask about their pre-owned car stock, they already had the car ready and waiting for a test drive. The entire service was very good, with only the credit check slowing us down. But everyone who helped us was polite and tried to be as informative as possible. Overall, I am very pleased and would buy another car from this dealership in the future.

2013 Ford F-150 XLT CrewCab from Tommy Vaughn

I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 XLT CrewCab from John Palameno last weekend. The car buying experience was great. John was helpful and his sales approach was informative, not pushy. When it came to negotiations, both John and David (Sales Manager) were respectful and fair. They agreed to fix a dent, detail, fuel it up and make some other minor repairs in the deal. The inclusion of the lifetime powertrain warranty, in exchange for getting oil changes done at Vaughn, was welcomed. All in all, I am happy to be in my new F-150.
