    The process was easy and my salesman was detailed and dedicated. Joel helped my through the whole process. He listened to my desires and needs in a car. He researched and helped me find the right trim package and color for my needs.

    My salesman was very helpful and proactive. I felt like we got a great deal and after the sale was agreed to everyone we dealt with was helpful. It was a quick and easy experience unlike most of my past car buying experiences

    Patrick Tuminello was handling my service appointment. He explained everything to me and gave me a time and money estimate which was honored. So thanks for the lack of surprises!! He also put in coupons which saved me some money; always a great thing! :)

    Everything was great about my experience, the only reason I wouldn't provide the highest rating possible is the fact that I had to wait approximately 1.5 hours (from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm) to be seen by the finance representative. I understand you guys are busy, but to sit there for that long to be seen was crazy, hopefully it was a one off occurrence and not the norm.
