Mike Drummond was very professional and made buying a used car a pleasant experience. Everyone we then dealt with, from aftermarket sales to financing, were very professional and did not try to over sell. I appreciate that. I'm a single woman and have purchased many cars. Everyone at Jeff Haas treated me with respect from the first encounter to the last, and that is not always the case with other car dealerships
