2019 Traverse flat tow instructions wrong

That the problem got fixed. The Electrical Supervisor had to get in touch with Chevy MFG to get the flat tow instructions corrected and printed out for me to keep. on my 2019 Traverse

Good Service Advisor, poor service personal

I tried to buy my GMC Acadia from James Woods, The sales people did not offer to look into the car we wanted. So after buying somewhere else I returned for service to have change taken from my console, Al air cleaner housing damaged beyond repair and the car not being reassembled properly after work was completed. I have talked to Mr. Woods and the service manager and the have not done anything to retain me as a customer.
