I bought a car from Jay L. yesterday and the experience so far has been good. I am now waiting on the delivery next Tuesday or Wednesday. I received my car today (Tuesday) as promised. Went in to sign paperwork with Andy and he was also very professional and made the process simple too. I guess the great things I have heard about Sewell Dealerships is true! I will definately be back to buy again from this dealer. Comes highly recommended.

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Sewell, and each time it has been a very pleasant experience. No pressure sales tactics, no bait and switch, just good old fashioned customer service. I was given a price no other dealer could match let alone beat. They had the car I wanted and had it ready for me in less than a day. I plan on continuing to do business here for years to come.

I have shopped at the same GMC dealer for 15 years but recently a coworker said that I should try Sewell. I called Sewell and WOW! All of the people were so nice and accomodating. I love my new Acadia too. My sales guy drove all the way to my workplace when my first oil change was due and he dropped of his car while he took my Acadia in for the oil change. Wow again! When he brought my Acadia back to me, it had been washed and the tires were shiny. UNBELIVABLE EXPERIENCE!! 5 stars to Sewell. Great staff!

Sierra Purchase

I bid on my Sierra on Ebay, dealership sale. Lost bid on Friday night. Called on Saturday to see what other vehicles were available. I was told there were two available, one with RSE (rear seat entertainment). I asked I thought that one sold last night. I was told the deal fell through. The next Friday night after faxes, email with pics and phone calls, my Sierra was delivered to my door three states away. A week later Gourmet cookies arrived from our salesman. Great customer service!
