Everything about my visit was different from the big stores. Everyone was friendly smiling and helpful. Felt very relaxed. It's a family owned store. Very easy to do business with.

I took my truck in for a oil change and a rattle coming from rear of vehicle. Next day I was contacted stating my vehicle was ready. I asked what was wrong with it and was told it was preforming and design specifications. When I arrived at dealership I asked them what was wrong because it had not always had this rattle lady at front said she didn’t know but she would get the service manager to come explan. I began putting my personal belongings in my truck and was approached by service manager that seemed put out and very unprofessional argumentative with me about my complaint and my vehicle has not been fixed. On top of everything else oil was spilled over my fender when changing oil. I have bought many vehicles from this dealership but can assure you that I have bought my last.

I am 68 years old and have bought many vehicles over the years. I have never been treated as well or had such a positive experience as I recently had at Turner Chevrolet. I was never pressured to buy something I did not want. My salesperson helped me find the Chevrolet Tahoe I wanted and then gave me a fair price. I would suggest anyone looking to buy a vehicle to first try Turner Chevrolet in Crosby. You will not be disappointed!!!!
