New ownership ? With the same habbits. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Was all ready approved. But bank was closed so we proceed to put vehicle on hold . had to wait for the following day but do to sales man being off had to wait another day then find out they sold the vehicle from underneath me. Lacking customer service! request to speak to management. Yet to hear from them

First and last time here

Once they got our money the customer service ended. Can’t return a phone call after they messed up our paperwork. The only person who seems interested in fixing the problem so far is the receptionist. Poor lady has to be the go between for a bunch of managers who don’t care about us. That’s ok, we learned our lesson and we won’t be back. Their on hold recording says they treat the customer right so they’ll keep coming back. It also says they’re under new ownership. I guess maybe the new owners aren’t as interested in small town values or doing what’s right as they are interested in their own bottom line.

No pressure sales guy. Simple and plenty of time to decide and talk it over with spouse. Papers were drawn up with bottom price. Loved that.

We were promptly greeted on our first visit, and given a quote on the vehicle we were interested in. On the second visit, we were treated very kindly and respectfully. The financing officer did not try to convince us we needed any extra warranties, etc.

That F150 I didn't know I needed . . .

Mr. Perez actually made an effort to walk to the far corner of the lot and offer his assistance. (Something no one else seemed too willing to do) He was quite thorough in explaining the various options available and after determining what it was I actually needed to fulfill my expectations had several choices to show me. I was particularly impressed with the lack of pressure I perceived and the time he took with me. What was a rather large decision for me was an easier one because of assistance. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention that Mr. Brady was an equally important part of my experience. I tend to resist change and may lack a social filter, but both gentlemen rolled with it exceptionally well.

Ben Neubauer is the best! It was very easy to find what I wanted and very easy to do business with. No hidden fees! No 1% salesperson charge, no hidden fees when I went in to sign. The price is on the vehicle and clearly marked on all of the vehicles!

Pat Clarkson was the sole reason why I made the trip to your dealership and why I purchased the truck. He made a tremendous effort. Mike, in finance, also made a huge effort.
