Another great purchase

This is my second purchase to the Crest Honda dealership and once again they made this a purchase to remember. I recently came into some misfortune and they helped me and such a way that I cannot forget my salesman Randall Bowman was a absolute pleasure to work with. You made this experience just as easy if not easier than my first purchase he even told me about new accessories features and options that I had with my vehicle. If anyone is looking for a great salesman with a can go attitude Crest Honda is the place to go.

Lost Long Time Customer

My wife & I have purchased several Hondas from Crest Honda in the past, and always had a great experience. However, our most recent visit has been horrible enough to never go back. We went to Crest in search of a CR-V. They didn't have the color in stock that we wanted, but said that they're sister dealership in Chattanooga had one. They could have it by the next day. They required a $500 deposit, that the salesperson ensured me would be refundable if we decided to not do the deal (and believe me... I asked him several times to be sure). The next day came and went, and we heard nothing from them. When we contacted them to inquire on whether they had received our CR-V, they informed us that they were still "searching" for the vehicle they had previously told us they could have shipped immediately. We decided to go to another dealership & buy the vehicle there, but Crest Honda has so far refused to return our $500 refundable deposit that we made on a specific car that they could not get. We have been waiting for the return of the deposit for over a month. We finally filed a dispute with the credit card company. Our most recent experience may have been unique. And again.. we've had good experiences with them in the past. Crest quickly went from being our first choice to our last. I don't think I could ever see myself trusting them or giving them any business in the future.

For three years I have taken my Fit for service at Crest Honda and I can honestly say each time the service was handled properly. Yesterday was a routine oil change but they also .found a issue with wiper blades needing to be replaced. They paid attention to the service points.

I recently purchased my 2017 Honda HR-V from Crest Honda in Nashville, Tennessee, and I had a great experience overall. The salesperson (Phylis Jackson) was very knowledgeable, and helped me find the exact model I wanted. I was interested in the 6-speed manual transmission, and since they didn't have it on the lot, they actually had one brought in from another dealership! Great experience overall. Everyone was very nice and professional. It was a rainy and cold day so, they did not offer a car wash, but they could've offered a rain check and vacuumed my car. Its small things like that that make the customer service experience a 5 star!! I'll be back to visit Crest.

Zero Trust, I would never recommend this place

It was a terrible experience and don't trust Crest Honda one bit. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation - made an appt for 7am and was there by 6:45am. There was a recall I asked them to take care of as well and they knew I was waiting for my car. No one told me the recall takes 3 hours, so about 1.5 hours in, when others in the waiting room who came after me were being called I asked about my car. They handled it well and they service manger comped my oil change and tire rotation for the inconvenience, which I thought was very nice. UNTIL...I realized they never changed my oil or rotated my tires. That evening I realized my oil life was still 30%. I checked the condition of the oil and it was FILTHY - there was no way they changed it. I called the next morning and they had me come back. I asked if I would have to wait and the guy told me no, he'd get me right in. I got there and they told me it was a 2 hour wait. I told them I wasn't waiting. I was going to leave, then the service manager got me in. They showed me the clean oil and when I saw it I was 100% sure that they hadn't changed my oil originally. And for the manager to act like he was doing me a favor by comping my oil change and tire rotation, that's really telling. I don't know if they were trying to see what they could get by with, but I can tell you I won't be back. I don't trust them at all and wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my vehicle into their care. I love Honda cars, and they're all I've bought in the past, but if I see treatment like this at their dealerships going forward I'll be looking to change.

Service Department

I have been with Crest a Honda since 1993. I have bought 3 Hondas with the company and the pricing has been up front. I wish I could say the same about their service department. I have in the last several months spent over 1,000.00 in car repairs. This last time I went in for an oil change and I asked them to check fluids mainly the steering wheel fluid because the steering felt a little stiff. To my surprise when I came to pick my car up I had 200.00 bill. When I asked why I was charged the amount the representative said that was the diagnostic fee and you signed for the service. I told him that I did not see a 125.00 fee when I had agreed to an oil change. The manager was brought out he plenty much told me there was nothing he could do since the service had already been done. I noticed that the center has no pricing listed in the area and whatever they decide the price will be you are stuck with it. Needless to say I was very disappointed that they did not take my long history (23yrs) into consideration when their final decision was made. I feel they need to be more transparent and up front with pricing so that customer's aren't blind sighted by the unexpected cost. I feel that customer's don't mind paying more for good customer service and quality work. Sometimes things happen for a reason and we have to move or at least in this instance I feel that way with Crest Honda. Obviously longevity doesn't mean as much these days as the bottom line.
