Everyone was very nice and professional. It was quicker than an oil change shop, not only did I get my oil changed, but also my tires rotated. i was very surprised and pleased.

2015 colorado heat

My heat wasn't working, the first time the service dept couldn't find anything wrong with it. That day it was 94 degrees outside. When I took my truck in for the door panel, the heat was not working then. When it was checked out, the computer for heat ended up being replaced and then reprogrammed. At that time I had heat. Now on 10/12/15 the heat wasn't working while I was on my way to work. It was 50 degrees and windows fogged up. All I had was cold air blowing on windshield and myself. The truck has less than 6000 miles and on the second ac repair. Has me a little worried for later down the road.

The process was painless. I left with the vehicle I went there to purchase. The staff I dealt with was great (Hoover Sutherland, Rod Jett and Brenda Wilson). The dealership is lovely.

Fantastic Dealership!

Absolutely the best dealership and people that I have dealt with in a very long time. Went in looking for a new truck. Was made such a great deal on what we found, we bought the wife a new SUV the next day. Brian McIntyre was easy to strike a deal with and the entire team treated us as if we were family. I could not ask for better treatment during the deal and delivery of our new vehicles. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to include Wilson County Motors in their shopping.

We had a recall and also had ordered steps for my Enclave. Both were scheduled and finished within 15 minutes of the time I was told it would take. They have an excellent staff and a very comfortable waiting area. Wonderful place to buy a car and haveit serviced.

The staff at Wilson County Motors made the buying experience a true pleasure. I knew essentially what vehicle I wanted to purchase, but was given excellent advice regarding options and packages, explaining everything very carefully. In the end, I got exactly the right vehicle--nothing more, nothing less. When the vehicle was delivered, my sales associate spent approximately an hour with me, orienting me to the features of the vehicle and their operation. I left the dealership with complete confidence, and have remained pleased with the purchase. I would heartily recommend that Middle Tennesseans consider the drive to Lebanon and Wilson County Motors when in the market for a new vehicle.

Best Service in Middle Tennessee

I have been taking my truck to Wilson County Motors for years. They have the best service department that I have ever been to. They let me know when my maintenance is due or when I need new tires or something else. However, they don't push stuff on me. In fact, they have gone out of their way to help me save money rather than continually suggesting optional stuff. I feel confident that when David or Tracy tells me that something needs to be done that it actually needs to be done. This is not to mention that any problems are fixed right the first time. I highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Very impressive. I purchased a used 2003 Dodge Ram truck from Wilson County Motors. I shopped online looking at various dealerships that were within driving distance to me. Once I found what I was looking for and after speaking with them over the phone, I felt really comfortable with my find. I made the drive (from Alabama) to take a look at the truck I was interested in and I was able to meet everyone in person. The entire experience was impressive, something you do not normally find when buying a used vehicle. I felt they really took care of me. I have had zero problems with my truck and if I ever need another vehicle, I will definitely make the drive to buy from them. Wilson County Motors is great.

These guys are great. Every one was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The blond land in the service deptment and the manager David were very attentive and took care of my problems before I traded the car in the best manner that I had ever experienced.
