Have to brag on my service advisor jason always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is the best it can be. This last service I asked if there was any way to get my truck dropped back off to me at my work cause I didn't have the means to get it myself and Jason made it happen so to that I want to thank Jason for all he does he is the best service advisor a customer can ask for

I took my 2001 4-Runner in for some preventative maintenance. I have a long trip coming up and I want my old vehicle as prepared as possible. New alternator, new plugs, wires and ignition coils. Toyota of Rock Hill has been doing my maintenance for years and in my opinion they do a great job.

I actually had the best experience ever, since getting the car serviced there. Jason was very good and recommended the tire rotation as well as wiper blades which I added. I did not feel pushed and or stressed about the processed. I liked the fast that he was genuine.

Poor Customer Service- Toyota of Rock Hill Service Dept

When making my appointment to have my car service I requested a ride share. The dealership provided me a ride home but told me rides were not available to bring me back home. I checked Lyft myself and rides were available. The dealership just did not want to provide the service. I have no problem with that but they should not advertise a service if they are not going to honor it. I left the manager a message for the service manager and he has yet to contact me back. I have had a previous issue with this service department and overall not satisfied with the level of service they provide to customers. I also just received a 25k routine device to only have issues with the tire pressure sensor.

In today for my 50k miles service on the 4Runner. I had a quick review from the tech covering what needed to be done. Just the basics this trip. I was happy he didn't over-sell items that the truck didn't need. I requested tire pricing and he offered them without needing to schedule an appointment before I had a chance to review. Another good trip to this local dealer.
