Amazing first time car buying experience

Logan was amazing ! He made buying my first new car a wonderful non stressful experience. I fell in love with the 2019 Rav 4 in a certain exterior and interior color while including all the interior upgrades and he made my dream a possibility. I ran into some “different” types of salesman along my car shopping journey and I appreciate his up front honest and friendly personality and the time he took with me. I will definitely recommend Logan and Toyota of York to everyone I look forward to continuing my great journey with Toyota of York as I now will transition my services to the service department Thank you again!

I requested a new 2018 Rav 4 Hybrid Limited in a specific color. The car was not available in their local inventory, but Tim Brillhart searched and coordinated getting me exactly the car I wanted. He knew exactly how to locate and arrange for the car to be available for pickup in only a few day. He was amazing.

New Vehicle Purchase

We appreciated being able to share openly what we were looking to do with a current vehicle payment and a new vehicle payment. After listening, Josh made it work for us. We also appreciated all the time Logan spent sharing and explaining the different features to our new vehicle. When we left, we felt better acquainted with our new vehicle and how it differed from previous vehicles.

Ed Collington worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. I've never had a salesperson OR a dealership go as above and beyond the norm to help out a customer. Ed is definitely an asset to the company. I wish all dealerships and all salesmen were more like what I dealt with this week at Toyota of York. I was pleasantly surprised!

Both Eva Kroft and Trent Chapin were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Ms. Kroft somehow managed the difficult balance of working with a reluctant customer using a low key but persistent style of persuasion. Then Trent was ready to move very quickly and efficiently once I was ready. Even though there are a number of Toyota dealerships much closer to my home, the performance of these individuals (and the team behind them) convinced me to make my purchase at Toyota of York.
