ROSS --MISLEADING AND DECEITFUL

I had ordered a Toyota Rav4 XLE premium Hybrid on 10/10/22 realizing that it may take a while to come in. In December Ross told me my car was coming and would cost less--but NEVER mentioned that it was not the package that I had ordered (which had many safety features that I wanted, especially since I am getting older) After receiving the info on it in Jan. 2023, I knew it was NOT the upgraded package of the car I ordered, so I called Ross--thinking it was a mistake. He told me this car (although lower package) "should beep" when backing too close to something, and encouraged me to "Take a look at it--I think you will like it." Well, the car did not beep--I did not take the car. Then he wanted me to check out another car that was NOT a hybrid. Meanwhile, another car that was due to come in late March 2023 that exactly matched my specifications--was going to another guy ( but was not the color the guy wanted, but he was still going to take it.) I feel strongly that this was the car I had ordered, and I told Ross this. So HOW did this man get ahead of me?? Did he order before 10/10/22?--which I doubted. Ross said "Well, when your car came in, and you looked at it"---I interrupted him and said "THAT WAS NOT MY CAR"--He then said "Well, the car you were allocated"--Then he said he would check on some things and get back to me. I said "You do that." Three days later I went and got my deposit refunded. FOUR MONTHS WASTED!!. Ross tried to shove other cars at me that I did not order. Wondering why I was treated like this. Could it be because I am an older woman and he thought he could pull it off??? Meanwhile I now have placed an order at Spitzer Toyota of Monroeville, Pa. Such a difference in their treatment of me. Coincidentally, I got their referral in another disgruntled Mike Kelly Toyota of Uniontown review. PLEASE--MANAGEMENT--DO NOT GIVE ME YOUR GENERIC REPLY TO CALL YOU TO TALK ABOUT IT.
Family-like atmosphere

If you're looking for service, sales, or just a welcoming group of individuals, then Mike Kelly Toyota is the right place. Every time I've been there for service on my Tacoma, they've treated me like a part of the family from doing everything to fix the issue to trying to help me save money. Krista, service department, is a true gem. She's always friendly and helpful. Always smiling, she makes sure each and every detail is seen through. Great experience buying a new car

It was the smoothest buying experience I had. I was lucky to be connected to Craig Ready and he promised me a great deal. All the negotiations happened over the phone. The trade in of my car was no issue. He worked with my bank and had everything ready by the time I arrived to the dealership. Drove 4 hours from Ohio to get the car and was out with the new car in less than 2 hours. I fully recommend Mike Kelly Toyota and Craig Ready if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
