I was approved to buy a new truck but they would not except my corporate Amex for a deposit down. I was told by my salesman and finance personal that they would figure this out and contact me. 24 hours hear nothing. I called 4 times left 2 voicemails and a few emails. It took another 18 hours before someone reached out to me via email. Not 1 call. To see if they could help me. I bought from Franklin Sussex in NJ before someone reached out to me. They were amazing and really care about their customers. The manager and owner came to see me and make sure all was going well. And they accepted my Amex and was out the door in 2 hours. Thanks for nothing Gray

When I first pulled into Chrysler Dodge of the Pocono's lot I was greeted warmly by a wonderful sales associate. All of my questions were answered promptly and well. After i had selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase we sat down and began the negotiation process. The negotiations went smoothly and easily and i drove my new 300 home that night. I would recommend anyone to this dealership.
