horrible customer service
2 years ago i had bought a 2016 Dodge Joruney. I liked the car at first and so did my wife. But after 12,000 miles i came in with a transmission issue. They said there was no problem and just upgraded the computer and blamed it on different tread tires. Fine i just believed them and went on my way.Then at about 60,000 miles i came in with a transmission problem again. They said it needed a upgrade in the system and i needed new tires. and for a little it was working ok and i even put on new tires. But then my wife then drives on the highway. the engine then stalls and almost gets hit by a truck. It was a horrible experience and my wife was scared to death. But when i went to the service center they didnt care and shown no compassion towards my situation. they ended up blaming us because they claimed sludge in the engine. which is impossible cause i put good syntactic oil so i dont have this problem. So they ended up voiding my warranty. Then when i change my engine i had the same problem, my mechanic dropped the transmission pan and saw that there was metal shreds in the pan.I made it clear to everyone at the service center that theres is something wrong with the transmission. But they ignored those two previous times.it makes me think that maybe the transmission caused the engine to stall. I need help. i know there were recalls in the 2015 engines and ive seen similar report like mines to years of my journey This wrong and my wife is scared to drive. this is wrong
I was approved to buy a new truck but they would not except my corporate Amex for a deposit down. I was told by my salesman and finance personal that they would figure this out and contact me. 24 hours hear nothing. I called 4 times left 2 voicemails and a few emails. It took another 18 hours before someone reached out to me via email. Not 1 call. To see if they could help me. I bought from Franklin Sussex in NJ before someone reached out to me. They were amazing and really care about their customers. The manager and owner came to see me and make sure all was going well. And they accepted my Amex and was out the door in 2 hours. This is by far the worst service department, service manager, general manager and dealer ownership I have ever heard of. They can not repair cars, basically held my car hostage for 3 months under the pretense of fixing a problem that they caused by not completing a basic head gasket repair correctly. They did not change the oil after the repair, which caused metal shavings to be released into the engine, there by blowing the engine. DO NOT trust anything Ed Defebo, Paul Tankay or anybody else that is affiliated with that dealership, they are [violative content deleted] and should not be allwoed to continue in business!!

DO NOT ever bring your vehicle to this dealership for repair. I took an 01 Caravan for a head gasket repair that should have taken 2 days took 9 days. The service dep't changed the head gasket, did not check the water pump, test drove the van. They found the water pump was defective, blew the new head gasket and had to replace it. They tried to cover it up by saying a piece of silicone had gotten stuck in a valve and kept the vehicle from starting. They finally repaired this and turned vehicle over to me. Two weeks later my oil light went on, took van to mechanic who verified that dealership had never changed the oil after head gasket repair, which caused my engine to blow. I notified GM - Ed Defebo, who admitted his service dep't had screwed up & offered to replace my engine. He flatbedded the van from Brooklyn, NY to Stroudsburg, Pa. to replace the engine. He then informed me that he was not going to replace the engine, only some internal parts because after all his service manager had to eat the cost. He now has my van in his possession for 2 weeks and REFUSES to repair the damage caused by the "repair" done by his service dep't. He also refuses to return phone calls, refuses to provide an estimate to repair his mistakes and threatens a customer by getting a lawyer to protect his company's interests instead of repairing and owning up to his service departments shortcomings. DO NOT EVER TAKE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE [violative content deleted]

When I first pulled into Chrysler Dodge of the Pocono's lot I was greeted warmly by a wonderful sales associate. All of my questions were answered promptly and well. After i had selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase we sat down and began the negotiation process. The negotiations went smoothly and easily and i drove my new 300 home that night. I would recommend anyone to this dealership.
