ATTENTION: Here is my experience with this dealership. Bought a certified pre-owned 2012 Dodge Challenger in Aug '15. Was there from 9AM, one of the first customers of the day, completed deal/paperwork 3PM, UNBELIEVABLE! Asked salesman Nick if all Dodge technical bulletins from Dodge had been performed/corrected. I live in Newark DE. Within 2 weeks the alternator went which was a serious tech bulletin that was not performed by them which I believe had a possibility of causing fire. I took it to the local dealer to get it fixed since I didn't trust Videon since they had LIED to me. They charged a large amount to do the title & registration which then took to the last day paper tag was running out and had to fed ex it to me. When looking for the second key a couple weeks ago and found it in the console but it did not have the mechanical key in it. I called Videon, spoke to used car manager, he said it was too long but would check with salesman, didn't get back to me. After 3 days I called and spoke to owner, he said he would talk to him and someone would get back to me. 2 days later used car manager called and said it had been too long and it was my problem. I recommend not using this dealer for any reason! You have been warned.

I went to Videon on a recommendation from a friend. My car had suddenly died one morning and I needed a new car immediately. My salesperson was very thorough in walking me through all of the options available to me. He was very accommodating to my needs. I felt very comfortable with the sales experience. I never felt as if I was getting false information, or as if I was being cheated. Also, I went into the dealership on a very busy Saturday. The salesperson never rushed me to finish the deal. He sat with me for hours answering all of my questions and making sure I understood everything completely. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very trustworthy.

They helped me find the perfect car for me and especially the type of car that would be the best for me since I'm in the military and would be traveling a lot. We just bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Videon. Our salesman Steve was laid back, friendly, and very knowledgeable. On top of Steve's friendliness, there was no high pressure sales even though there were only 2 days left in the month. The other dealers were kind of crazy about selling me a car on the spot. I think you rarely find a dealership offering a nice sales experience and a great price, but Videon did. I couldn't be happier with the price or the service we received.

I have been shopping the small SUV market for awhile now, trying all kinds of Makes and Models.....as I narrowed my decision down to the vehicles I liked, also the dealerships I preferred because of how they treated their customers and did not BS their customers, which many of them did, unfortunately....Anyway, I favored the new Jeep Cherokee over some of the other vehicles but was about to rule it out because it seemed from other dealership I was working with, I just wasn't going to get the price where I wanted it.....at the last minute I shot a configuration off to Videon one night.....I was greeted with an email from Jim with a Great price on the model I wanted, I cross checked with Consumer Reports extra auto buyers membership I have online as well as Truecar.com and the price was Great.....I went down to dealership, the price was what they said it was, no hidden extra fees etc....I worked with Shaun D and it came down to the value on my trade, after a quick negotiation they gave me just about what I was asking for on the trade and I did the deal! It was easy, they were straight forward, no BS involved, and that goes a long way! On a side note, the model I was going to get and left with actually was missing one small component (cd player)...for the next few days Shawn worked with me to remedy the situation, we ended up finding a model at a different dealer and I returned the one I drove out with and after waiting just a few days, got the one I wanted and we were good to go. I cannot recommend them enough, if you are in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge!!

Traveled two hours from home to purchase a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It was worth it! Mike M and his team were simply outstanding. Received an out the door price before stepping foot in the dealership and there were no surprises when I arrived. Jeep was perfectly detailed and transaction went smoothly without any hassles. I purchased a used Jeep back in 2008 and their service was decent, however when I went to resell the jeep in 2013. The title had a "Lemon Law" impact and working Videon to obtain a history was a catastrophic disaster. There title Department Management team was an absolute NIGHTMARE!

Although totaling my car was painful , the buying experience at Videon was painless. My wife and I had done the research and knew the type of vehicle we wanted, features and price we wanted to pay and also decided we would not be rushed into a buying decision. We walked in Videon and was greeted by sales associate Al, who treated us like family. He patiently worked with us as we were very specific as far as vehicle type , color and features and were not expecting they would have one in stock. To our amazement they did, a 2014 Jeep Compass had all the features we were looking for and the right color. Excited we had found the car we were a bit skeptical they would be able to meet our expectation on price. Al went to his manager and came back with a price which exceeded our expectation, no haggling, how could say no. Truely a painless experience. I picked the car up a few days later, Al took the time to go over all the features and also walked me around the dealership introducing me to the friendly service staff. I would highly recommend Videon to all my family and friends, an amazing car buying experience!

Making my first ever car purchase, I didnt really know what I was getting into, but buying a car from Videon Dodge was above and beyond all of my expectations. From the family-friendly atmosphere, to the state of the art showroom (not to mention the great mural of Philadelphia!), I couldnt have been more pleased. Mike M the sales manager and Matt V the sales associate were extremely professional and made it a very pleasant purchase. I Love my 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye by the way! It is an amazing car for the price. Very sporty and a lot fun to drive.

Face it, buying a new car can be a horrifying experience. I bought mine on Halloween night and it was far from frightful. The 3 guys I dealt with were in my experience, and I've had many, the best.
