I went into the dealership unsure of which Mitsubishi I wanted. Joe made the process of test driving and deciding on a vehicle so easy! He was straightforward and not pushy at all. When it came to purchasing, the process was quick and painless. I wasn’t pressured to buy a ton of “extras”.

Lying and Pushy Sales

Leased my Mazda 6 from Colonial. When lease was up I wanted to buy it. Salesman argued with me that I needed to sell the car back to the dealership and get a different car. After arguing with him he finally agreed to sell me the car but wouldn't return my calls. I had to go in person, grab a different salesman and get the paperwork ironed out. While I was there the previous sleazy salesman continued to argue that I shouldn't do this and it was a bad idea.

Buying a Mazda 6 GT in Indiana, PA

I went to my dealer in Altoona, PA first and contacted Colonial Mazda by email later. Colonial beat the local dealer by $3,550. It's almost an hour drive to Colonial for me, but $3,550 divided by 2 hours = $1,775 an hour. Not too many people make money like that. The salesperson I talked to was very nice and very low pressure. She had all the paperwork at her desk when I arrived and I never had to go talk to the F&I guy. She never mentioned alternate financing, etch & sketch, mop & glo, etc. I was there about 20 minutes and drove away completely satisfied. Their inventory is not huge, but they will get you whatever you want from another dealer.
