There is no way I can identify ONE thing that stood out the most. Brian and John were AMAZING! They were very patient and informative; There were no gray areas with the information they provided. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was personable, knowledgeable, and wearing a smile.

Best Service Department in the Area

The dealership has a knowledgeable and welcoming staff. When I had gone there to get my car inspection, they had a cafe-like atmosphere in their waiting area that was very open with complementary coffee and tea. The service advisor, Rich, was amicable and patiently answered all my questions. I enjoy this dealership because they treated me as a guest rather than a customer, - when they explained parts that required attention, they didn't come off intimidating and they didn't treat me like an in-and-out transaction. I will be using this dealership first next time my family needs service.

Traveling safe and sound

Before traveling, I needed an oil/filter change quick lane service with rotating the tires. Also one of my tire sensors made the dashboard alert activate, so George said he would care of me. He had the mechanic performed the multi service check up, noted a few items which should be addressed during my trucks inspection as of Oct 1st and found my tire pressure low. He had the mechanic check all my truck tires to make sure they were all at a safe air pressure level. That makes me feel good. George and the mechanic are looking out for me, not just my truck. He also notified me the truck air clearer was really dirty and it should be changed to improve gas mileage. Well done George.
