My husband has been looking around for a small car, Chevy Cruze to be exact with low miles and easy on gas because of him traveling for a job. He found one on Keystone's Ford website and we decided to give them a try. The salesman was very nice and stayed by our side the whole time. The manager we worked with was also very friendly. Since we are almost 2 years out of bankruptcy we had our doubts they would be able to do anything for us but we were wrong. They got us approved and got us a payment we could afford after explaining our finances. I couldn't be more happier with our 2014 Chevy Cruze and the experience we had there. We are looking to trade our Chevy Tahoe in in about a year and planning on going back to them to purchase our next vehicle.

Keystone Ford Hit a Homerun Again

Frank Blood was very helpful in getting the cost where it needed to be. Described in detail all of the advantages of this vehicle. I knew I was interested in a Fusion but his help helped me to make up my mind. This is the 5th. vehicle I've purchased from Frank Blood I guess that kind of say's it all. "Almost" completely satisfied!

I came with the intention to buy out my 2014 Ford Escape lease and ended up with a new 2016 Ford Escape lease instead. It was only the work of "Doc" Mark Brown's ingenious way of showing me the comparisons on my loan to buy my 2014 or to lease the new 2016 with all the extras, 4WD and quieter ride and more leg room for the driver and the increase of mileage per year, that convinced me to try the lease program for another two years. I loved Doc's personality and caring spirit. However, we did have issues when it came to the settlements on the computer and paperwork files. what should have taken an hour or two, had me coming back an additional day. Bummer, but it all finally worked out and I love my car. Thanks!

Caught dealer multiple times not doing service billed.

We are almost forced to use this dealer. Our company uses Wheels, a fleet management service. This is the only authorized Ford dealer within a reasonable distance. We have caught the dealer multiple times not changing filters during service. We mark the filters in hidden spots, or with black tape in spots not visible, and have shown them multiple times about the issue. We can bring back vehicle, and get filter put on, but what is to say they haven't done other work that they are billing for? Getting a business card from service manager offering free service the next time is almost hilarious. The sentiment is there I guess, but if we didn't have to bring vehicles there, we wouldn't. We have been taking them to the Lincoln dealer locally, and they can do wheels work, but since they aren't the authorized Ford dealer for this area, I believe we pay a 15% surcharge on each billed item. I am guessing they are a flat rate shop. The service writers seem to hvae good intentions when you talk with them, but there hiring practices with their techs, and their follow up on them leaves a tremendous amount of room for improvement.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus, the vehicle was very clean and, it runs nice. Becky Taylor was my salesperson and, I feel that she got me, the best deal possible, she was very professional, prompt, very courteous and, she made me feel very comfortable, you would've thought, we knew one another, prior to my visit. I came in on Wednesday, chose my car and, signed my paperwork on Saturday. There was cigarette scent, from the previous owner. Ford sent my car, to be deep conditioned, it's been in my possession, since last Wednesday and, I've been enjoying it, every since.
