This was my first 100% online car shopping experience and Joe Gering was a very good salesperson. My wife hates the car/truck buying experience and dislikes going to the dealership. We never went to the dealership!! Joe was Abeloff's online sales person and he was persistent in finding the truck that we wanted with all of the specific features. It took 6 weeks to track down our truck and Joe communicated with me during my work travels from the East Coast to the West Coast reporting his progress. When the vehicle was ready for pick-up Joe drove the truck to our house to complete the paperwork and transaction. He drove off in our trade vehicle. This was trust...this was service. Joe claimed that Abeloff was a family owned operation that prided itself on good sales and service. I have recommended Abeloff to many friends and colleagues. The truck has been perfect for our needs and has performed above expectations for these first 4000 miles. Calls and questions directed at the service department were well received and answers were prompt. My after purchase needs were quickly satisfied by the service department. I recommend this dealership.
