Morin was very personable and professional. He greeted me with a smile that I felt was very genuine. I brought my car in for what I thought was a rear fog light out. Morin explained to me that the car was designed to only have the rear driver side fog come on when the fog switch is turned on. Not wanting me to have driven all way to Wilsonville, Morin checked to see if there were any recalls for my car and found one software recall that needed to be done. He had the service department take care of the recall. He could have sent me on my way and not said anything about the recall , but he didn’t. Very professional move. Thank you Morin for going the extra mile!!!!!!

Failed to honor wheel warranty

Purchased after market wheel damage warranty that was promised all MB dealers honor. When took it to MB Wilsonville, OR on 12/16 was told they were not able to get ok from warranty claim dept because of holiday low number of adjusters. Would have to wait to first of year. Waited and never got call to get work done. Called and told that warranty company did not have a record of my policy. I called myself and got confirmation of policy within 5 minutes. Sent copy of policy to MB Wilsonville service on 1/24/2017. Was told they would try again. On 2/8/2017 I called warranty company and was told that no one from dealership has contacted them for my claim. Don't understand what's going on. Dealer seems not to really care about warranty service for my car. Should it really take 6 weeks to get go ahead on my insurance policy that they sell. If so just tell me and I will move on to another MB dealer and tell others to be cautious with Wilsonville MB service dept.

So Disappointed in Car and Service Department

Been a little over a year since I bought my car from this dealership. When I bought the car last July it had a little over 10k miles on it. I've put a little over 5k miles on her in the past year. So far the windshield wiper sprayer and one of the side mirrors had to be replaced (both listed as defective on the repair slips) and now they cannot figure out why my car makes screeching noises when I accelerate or brake. I've had it in their service department twice now and both times they were sure it was fixed. The last time I was told (several times - guess they didn't think I understood) this was being covered as a "DSA Goodwill" but would not be covered in the future since this was not covered under either warranty (I purchased the extended warranty - money well spent I see!). Called and asked for Ryan Cook (my salesperson) - was put through to his active voice mail and left a message with no response, after 2 days called to speak to the Service Manager and was led to believe there was no service manager by the receptionist. WHAT???? No Servie Manager at a dealership. Got a call from Michaela after a survey submission - she said Ryan was no longer with the company and that they did have a service manager. Promised me a call from the service manager. Been 4 days and no call (probably since they are aware of the brake pad issue below). Took my car to Les Schwab and they lightly sanded the brake pads and re-lubed everything - we'll see what happens. The Service Person let me know that they have had several memos on how Mercedes is struggling with their brake pads. I found several mentions of the C Class having the same issue as mine on MBWorld. I am so disappointed in this car and the dealership. Unfortunately now my brothers get to say - "told you so"...........

Excellent Service- As Usual

I have been dealing with M/B of Wilsonville for over 10 years (Sales and Service) and have never been disappointed. Chris Cain provided exceptional service and went beyond his duties to check out small scratches and have the detailer buff the area. Service was completed ahead of schedule because I was waiting and for a reasonable price. Glad to see Mike Rossi back as Service Manager !

Ross and Christy BMW 328I

We were actually stopping by to look for and get an education on the Mercedes "C" series. We were kindly greeted at the showroom door by Gil Fuchs. My wife and I went for a stroll on the lot while Gil went to find out if there were any used "C" models in our price range, and there we none. However we found a beautiful BMW 328i. We went to lunch to think about it and came back and made the purchase.The whole experience was very comfortable and Gil was not pushy at all. There are only two issues on the negative side. The car mileage was listed at 40K and when we were closing up the paperwork, we found out that the true mileage was actually 58K. This was a big disappointment but the car was in such good shape that we continued with the purchase. The other issue was the second key fob. It was nowhere to be found. Gil said he would follow up on getting it to us along with my request for past service records. In closing, again I want to emphasis that it was a great buying experience and my wife is thrilled with her new car. Sincerely, Ross Duncan

Grate care taken from start to finish

From the time I called and asked to get squeezed in same day, to the greeting by the service writer, Valarie Smith. Excellent experience and much better pricing and hospitality than other Beaverton Dealers. Trust me, its worth the drive to Wilsonville .

Expectations Exceeded!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We inquired on-line about lease options, and worked with Jerry Fischer to get an understanding of the details. Jerry was very thorough and responsive; when we arrived in person he had everything ready for us... we drove away with exactly what we wanted, with terms we didn't think were possible! The entire staff was amazing... such a comfortable, enjoyable experience.

Above and beyond expectations

We live in Florida and our daughter moved to Portland after graduating from college. When she started a new job and needed a car we decided instead of repairing her car and spending the money to ship it there, we would buy one locally. We found a used car for a great price on Edmunds at Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville and contacted John Frentsos ( internet sales). He was amazing! We asked him to test drive the car since we were purchasing sight unseen long distance. He did and let us know honestly everything about it like he was purchasing for his own daughter,. He went way above and beyond what was expected, and even had a courtesy car pick her up and bring her to the dealership since she was at least 30 minutes away. Even though we purchased a used car, she was treated like she bought a brand new Mercedes. We highly recommend this dealership and their personal attention.

Brandon King was exceptional with his attention to detail in providing my wife and I this wonderful car buying experience. He helped with ensuring all of our needs were met, questions asked and answered as well as delivering our new purchase. The staff, especially Kathy (barista/receptionist) was truly outstanding in making us feel welcome and ensuring our time was well spent. I would also like to point out the young man who did all of the prep work from getting the car ready to removing an emblem from our trade in, he was truly outstanding. Best Experience buying a car EVER!!

I contacted Ryan Crooks by email initially. He was very responsive and had specific answers to my questions. He didn't say anything like, "come in and we'll talk." Instead, he was up front and told me exactly the deals he'd be willing to do with me before I stepped foot in the dealership. Once I arrived, he answered any other questions that I had. There was no pressure to buy. He showed me exactly what I wanted and didn't try to "up sell" me. He didn't even suggest a car that I hadn't asked about, which I appreciated Once I decided on the car I wanted, I had very specific financing terms that I needed to be met. He stayed within those terms, gave me a VERY fair price on my trade and we got the deal done. I couldn't be more happy with my car buying experience. This whole crew went above and beyond and made me feel like royalty. They treated my children, ages 6 and 10, like human beings and were very respectful of me. I am a HUGE fan of this dealership and will go back for my next car.
