Easy, no hassle car buying experience. Kevin, Blayze, and Lucas pulled out all the stops to get us in the truck we wanted for a price we felt was fair, we even got a fair price on our trade-in. Great guys, well worth the drive from Tulsa

Motor Blown less that 2 months from purchase

As far is the sales and overall deal I was very happy. I paid asking price with no negotiating $32,000. At the time of purchase I was offered a Ford extended service contract which was $800 over MSRP. My plan was to buy a service contract direct from Ford. I purchased a 2010 F450 power stroke diesel with 92000 miles. At 96000 miles 50 days from purchase engine quit running and has been diagnosed with a hole in the #8 cylinder piston. Repairs to motor are nearly $20,000. I've called several times to Mainer Ford and talked with Cody the finance manager and used car manager. He has told me that Mr. Mainer has made it very clear that he's not willing to help me at all. I was offered a service contract at purchase. And because it didn't pay over MSRP at dealer he will not help me. I have never ask for replacement of the motor I've only ask for some assistance. Even if they could sell me a remanufactured motor at cost and help with a little bit of labor I would be very happy with that gesture. I have been told that Mr. Mainer would call me I've yet to receive that call. If you buy a used vehicle from dealer and don't buy warranty you are on your own is the strong message I've been told. Love truck wish outcome was better.

Mark Davis is a fantastic salesman--very patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I had waited 11 years since my last car purchase, partially due to a bad experience at another dealership. I told Mark I would rather have a root canal than purchase a vehicle. Mark made the buying process easy and stress free. I drove away with the perfect SUV for me and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
