Fix

I took my Terrain for an oil change & tire rotation…which was fine. But I have an issue where the drivers side door makes noise, an annoying kinda clicking & it drives me insane . And I was told no one could hear it to reproduce the sound . So of course it was Not fixed!. And I am not happy. It’s so annoying that I don’t even want the vehicle anymore. So I’m at impasse driving a vehicle that annoys me to no end.

master cylinder failed

My wife picked up the car & found the memory seat did not work. Took care of it myself. They removed the jack in the rear in doing that the weather mat came down from the rear seats. It was left that way untill we got home. Had this problem before and Corey used a different style clip but that did not work. I think that mat should be removed but we will have 4 holes in each of the rear seats.

Good work but took too long

Dropped my car off at 8am with the plan to pick it up from work when I got off at 4:30pm as that was when I had a ride. My car was not started until 1:45pm (5.5 hours after I dropped it off) and was ready too late for me to pick it up. I had to secure another ride the next day to pick it up.

Words cant describe the experience provided by Sweeney. Especially, the service advisor at the counter. Russ was his name, and he bent over backwards to make our service both easy and necessary.

2018 GMC Canyon - 5th New Vehicle

Great experience. Boggia is the best sales guy I ever dealt with on a new vehicle purchase. Simple, easy, and no setting at the dealership all day. Dealerships across the nation could benefit from adopting his methods as a standard selling successs approach. I live 5 Hours from this dealership and have no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle locally as long Boggia and Sweeney are still around.
