2020 Escape

I always have a good experience. I had received a letter regarding a recall. Matthew in the Service Dept. set up a appointment for me and when I arrived, they were ready to do the service. I enjoy going to Mullinax. The people, services and courtesy are really helpful. Plus, they always wash my car. Good service.
