Great purchase exxperience

The whole process was straightforward and simple: find a car online, contact the nearest dealer (AN Wickliffe OH). Have them rate my trade and make an offer. Then complete the deal. Salesman Patrick Blakeslee, Mgr Earl Tate and finance mgr Ray Sine very professional. New Mustang is excellent. After driving home I found the owners manual missing. Patrick Fedexed it to me immediately. I would do it all again, no hesitation, 4 stars for sure!

Good deal

I needed a new purge valve my car wasn't ready before I had to go to work so they gave me a 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid to drive for a day called me the next morning and everything was done I had a tire patched too that I got done for free for having to wait a day for my car so that was cool of them Nate was the name of the guy that took care of me.

Great Service!

My wife had an issue where our 2011 Explorer's steering froze while parked. I described the issue to Matt at Auto Nation East, who was extremely helpful, and I had the car towed there. Matt was very professional and patient with his right-on explanation of what could be wrong, and went the "extra mile" in helping to make sure the car was ok to drive after the service, which they performed immediately, including recall work! The price was very reasonable. I told Matt he was a great asset to Auto Nation East, because we felt he had treated us so well.

Arrived at 7:15 am, Service written up immediately. Unfortunately driver of shuttle was not in and finally at 7:45 am, the new service manager took me to work. No one verified my phone number so I called and to find out what was happening at 3:15 PM, left a message, unfortunately wrong # was written down and I had to call again at 4:00 pm to find out that nothing was done as they could not smell the gas, hear the hissing noise, Ford had denied the claim on the wearing of the passenger seat, and the seat belt was reordered, but she did not address the column that it rubbed against. I had to convince her to take the picture now so we could have a plan. Not thrilled with service writer, but she did an ok job.

went in for an oil change asked to have battery check because of slow start in the morning??? service dept. confirm battery working or sufficiently charged......the very next day at 1:30am start time headed for work my battery was completely DEAD. Disappointing with service dept. diagnosis of battery!!!

Buyer Beware

Bought a 2013 ford focus se, originally salesperson told me that car was in minor accident and that the dealer fixed. 2 months into driving the radiator goes. Dealer replaced with no problems. But I later found out that the airbags were deployed. they did not tell me this. I took the car in for an oil change, and service left oil dipstick open which spewed oil all over engine and luckily if I hadn’t checked washer fluid would have blown engine. Now I’m stuck with this car. If I ever want to trade in I won’t get as much trade in value due to the airbags being deployed. Knowing what I know about the car. I do not feel safe driving it. Please if you go to this dealer ask questions about car. get a car fax. The sales seem like they only care about making a sale whether it’s a new or used, and will take advantage you if they can. it feels as though this vehicle was siiting in back lot all smashed up and because i was in a personal situation (divorce/death of father)they rushed and put a band aid sort of speak on the car, after they told me that it passed all their inspections that the dealer does and it clearly didnt.
