Bob Pulte Service Experience

The Bob Pulte Service Department is by far the best I have ever experienced. The personal follow up and customer service Austin Rahmes provided is unmatched. Okay at Best

Other than taking over 10 DAYS to get the truck in for a break service and 2 recalls, they did okay. As soon as i got into the truck there was a service break code when i picked up the truck. After they said they test drove the truck and after replacing front and rear pads and rotors. They Had to take the truck back into the shop to try and reset brake pad monitor. When they brought the truck back out to me, I got into the truck, the break monitor was now showing 0% for the monitoring system. They had to reset it once again to get this to clear and reset. I guess 3rd time working on it was the charm. I was pretty frustrated at this point! This Definitely makes me question their attention to detail. There are way too many electronics on these trucks for simple systems! Then throw in the $1,580 cost to replace front and rear pads and rotors, spark plugs and 2 Recalls. Wow!

Work on 2018 Equinox

The work on the vehicle was done OK, but I was not happy with how dirty the vehicle came back to me. I spent the day before cleaning it up so it was spotless. The front rubber mats were just laid on top of the carpet mats. There was dirt and grass on both the carpet and rubber mats when I picked it up. There was also white spots on the top of the car. I'm guessing it came from the paint shop.

Quick response to troubled and tire(d)

Was in the dealership to look at used trucks. On the way there, i noticed a check tire pressure monitor light came on. While there, it was suggested by the sales staff that service take a look at the tires. Found two nails in the right rear tire and by the time I was through looking, voila! the tire was fixed. great crew... Thanks :-)

All Star Service

I'm in the service industry myself and I know taking care of the customer is job one. These folks have that down to a science. There was an issue with our new vehicle when it arrived from the factory. The service department jumped on it and kept it moving until the issue was resolved keeping us informed along the way. These guys beat the heck out of the supposedly award-winning Cadillac dealership I deal with for my car. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

G6 repair

The only reason I did not give five stars, was the condition the car was in. While I did not expect the inside to be any different than when I brought it in. The outside I expected to be clean. I had greasy hand prints on drivers door, had to clean steering wheel for same reason. Thought if they spent that much time repairing the car it would be returned in a cleaner condition.

We had an appointment at 2 pm - we were a little early - they took us right away. We were told they would call us when our vehicle was finished. In about 2 hours we received a call. We went - picked up our vehicle and were on our way. Good service.

Very nice to deal with. Loved the free loaner car. Saved lots by buying parts online and having them shipped to dealer. One item was not properly diagnosed and I have to take vehicle back. Will argue that the repair I paid for should be credited to correct repair.

Steps for my new truck

While I was there, I looked at a couple trucks on the show room floor to see if they had carpeting, Mine didn't. I was having trouble keeping my floor mats from sliding (one time I almost fell getting into the truck). A nice gentleman came out of one of the offices and asked me if I needed help? I explained my truck was having steps put on. I then said I do have a question. I said I noticed these trucks has carpeting and mine didn't and I was having a problem keeping the floor-mats I purchased from moving all over, and did he have any suggestions? He suggested I might try using "Velcro". I told him. I never thought of that, But I thought it might work, and thanked him. I haven't tried it yet, but I will, If I don't break some bones first. Thanks for the tip. I don't know whether other car makers sell vehicles without carpeting or not, but I do know it can get dangerous trying to remedy my problem. Also it was my fault as well as there's that I wound up with a vehicle without carpeting, "I wasn't paying attention"

2015 Corvette Oil Change

My only comment is that the invoice / receipt should clearly show that the change was using Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and not a synthetic blend. Coding on invoice is somewhat cryptic. Otherwise timely service. Will continue to use Pulte Chevrolet.
