Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not overly pushy for the sale. I felt he had my best interest in mind. He was very accommodating for myself and family. I have already recommended two people to visit Paul at Voss Cadillac in Dayton. I couldn't be happier with my SRX and purchase process. You'll be in great hands at Voss!

New Caddy

Coming to VOSS for our new Cadillac was a great experience. As we walked into the beautiful showroom, Mr. Bernard Leigh cheerfully greeted us; he was more than willing to assist us answering all of our questions and very patient to explain the differences in the sedans. He let us know also, if we were interested, there were 2014 vehicles available at reduced prices. Since we were not exactly sure what we were looking for, we were able to test drive both 2014 and 2015 vehicles with an associate of his (sorry cannot remember his name) who was also very cheerful and patient with us. We would recommend both great salesmen to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Paul Martin did an absolutely outstanding job! it was a completely fulfilling engagement. My wife is a hesitant buyer at best and Paul managed to bring her along at a pace that put her at ease which allowed us to come to a conclusion quickly. i wnat to thank Paul and the entire Voss staff.

From communicating over the phone and driving 50 minutes to the dealership,we were immediately met by,and introduced to Bryan,Pete, and our excellent Salesperson Bernard!He was ready to assist us and answer any questions we had on three completely different models that we were interested in driving, and had them ready to drive and explained every option on all three! He is a great asset to your company,and it was very pleasurable to do business with everyone involved,including the discussions with Bryan about the deal on the car! Voss Cadillac The Place to Buy your Cadillac!

Paul Martin! This is our second purchase from Paul... The first purchase was via the phone.... Even though we were in Dayton, KY...We had the run around from another dealer that is closer to Dayton, Ky. Since I lived in Beavercreek for a number of years, I decided to call VOSS. Talked with Paul, told him the car we wanted, color, accessories AND the BEST Price. He did not 'tap dance' got to the point, had the car available with all the accessories. So, Ken and I drove to Dayton, OH to purchase the new Cadillac! Paul is professional, knows his products, and personable! Brian and the other sales people are helpful, friendly and genuine..This dealership is truly based on being Team Players! So, car number 2, of course we went back to Paul! Again, all of the above. Brian was great, too! If we arrived too early and Paul was with another customer, the other sales people always made us feel welcome! The Professionalism and friendliness carries on in the finance office and any add on, such as warranties, car protection from the elements. Oh, and did I mention, I love my new Cadillac SRX!!!! On another note, Ken's car was hit in the rear by another driver. VOSS did an outstanding job making the car all new again.. Thanks!! Very polite and customer friendly, too!! They didn't try to steer us in any direction, just gave us the facts and were very patient as we tried to absorb those facts. Additionally Rick's sales presentation was far better than any that we have received at other car dealerships -- he was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions honestly & quickly. We left the dealership with a feeling of confidence and satisfaction that we had a sales person who is not the kind who would "take the money and run". We have already recommended Voss Cadillac to several others.

Great buying experience!

My experience shopping for and test driving my new car was made very enjoyable due mostly to my salesman, Bernard L. I felt like I was shopping with a trusted friend and not a "sales person." We had fun; he was super accomodating; he was honest and upfront. It was so refreshing to not feel like I was "being played" by the sterotypical car buying tactics. The Cadillac is such an awesome car. GM has really done the selling for you. The salesman just needs to relax and provide an enjoyable service of test driving and answering questions. Bernard did this and when the sale was complete, he spent way more time with me than I had expected teaching me about my new car and making sure it met my expectations. I have purchased 7-8 new cars in my life. I usually dread the process. This was the only one I can honestly say was enjoyable. Thanks Bernard! P.S. You better still be there when my lease is up!

Thanks to a great sales team; that knows the meaning of team, I had the greatest new car sales experience of my life at Voss Village Cadillac. Mr Bernard L. was the salesman that guided me through the selection process. His attentiveness, patience and product knowledge were exceptional as I went through many models,vehicles and mind changes before making my final selection. It seemed that he knew every vehicle in the dealerships inventory. He was the best of the best.
