I had a great experience working with Judd Patterson and his team. They showed me several options and I was able to choose the one that fit my needs best. I have a great new Encore GX and really enjoying all the features on this care.

Perfect fast and good. I was able to take a nap in the waiting area and it felt great will always come back always make me feel welcomed

Cannot trust

I have been taking my car to this dealer since 2016. I was always satisfied with the customer service, honesty, reliability and credibility until the last couple of years I do not know waht has changed but at this point I will not only not recommend this dealer for any service or purchase I have aldready let close friends that are in the market to steer clear of Twins. Integrity is a huge factor when it comes to finding a dependable dealer to service a car and Twins does not live up to the standard.

Wish I could give them negative stars

I bought a used car from Twins, which I found out two days later had a broken AC unit, even though I had been assured all systems were in good order. I have tried for weeks to contact my sales person, a manager, or anyone at all who would at minimum listen to what I had to say. I have left a dozen messages, emails, and context requests asking for someone to call back. I have recieved only a single call so far, and that is because their finance department realized they never finalized the down payment. So unless you owe them money, this dealership from top to bottom will not contact you if you have any problems at all. There are plenty of other dealerships in the Columbus area. I would recommend literally any of them over this one which is filled with either [non-permissible content removed].

Oil change

I recently had an oil change done on my truck at Twins. As far as the service, they did a fine job and it seemed to be done relatively quickly. I’ve owned luxury brand cars in the past and have a higher expectation for the way service is delivered. All three times I’ve had my oil change done here, my car comes back with the seat moved from my position and dirty finger smudges on the outside of the door and inside. This isn’t a huge deal and I cleaned it before leaving the parking lot, but these are small differences that separate a Buick dealership from BMW.
