Got a fair deal on a used chrysler200. Was very happy till we realized it only had one key fob. Checked on a new one and would be 200+. So we called our salesman and they got us another key made. So we will buy from Beechmont Ford again.

I drive from northern Warren County to buy my cars at Beechmont Ford (driving ~ 40 miles and passing three other Ford dealers). No car experience is ever going to be perfect but they come as close as it gets. I foolishly decided to try another Ford dealer closer to my house and was disappointed with their lack of knowledge and amateur behavior. I cancelled the deal and called 'Ziggy' (Mr. Ziegaus), a finer man you'll never meet. He was there when he said he would be, he is not pushy, listens to his customers and is very helpful. Nice dealership and nice people. As long as I buy Fords, I'll buy them at Beechmont Ford.

Great Overall Car Buying Experience

I had a great overall experience at Beechmont Ford. I looked at multiple new 2015 cars. I ended up with a 2015 Ford Fusion S. The negotation process was hassle free, which can be stressful. Matt Schlueter was very helpful in this process. I highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a car.

Outstanding and wonderful

Absolutely wonderful service. They worked as a team. I thought about it for a few days and Kyle did research on the buses vehicle I was buying to present me with the correct information! At first, I showed then my trade-in, told them my target price, and he showed me only what fit in my budget. Normally I do not care for the man in the back running the numbers---however they all came out to say hi and chat. Hated leaving after finalizing my purchase because I liked them all so much! And...a lovely surprise--they changed the oil in the car before I drove off with it on top of giving me the most money for my trade-in in the entire town! Other places were giving me about 1500 less.

I was recently referred to Beechmont Ford From My Son who recently Bought a New F150 From Joel C. Once I got to the dealership I Asked for Joel and He immediately Came to my assistance! Joel Was very Knowledgeable! He listened to all me "Needs" & "Wants" and picked out my perfect vehicle. He showed me all the features of the 2013 Focus and even explained some of the more "Technical" features more than once until I was fully aware of how everything worked and how It would benefit me! Joel also went above and beyond to give me a grand tour of the entire Beechmont Ford Campus, Showed me where everything was! As I told Joel When I met him, I was here for Information about maybe buying my next Car from Beechmont, He Made sure he Gave me every single piece of information I could have ever asked for and then some, I was not expecting this at all from another "Car Salesman" , I never write reviews But I have to say As I have bought many new and used cars in my past I have NEVER been treated so good as I was at Beechmont that day! Joel, His Fantastic manager Andy, The finance Manager Brennen were unbelievable! I was never once pressured or made to feel I must buy a car today, Joel Did what I asked But by the time I had all the Information My mind was made up! Beechmont Ford Is my New dealership for all my automobile needs! I have recommended Joel and Beechmont ford to many Friends and Family now and I will surely Be back in 3-5 Years to Buy another new car! Thanks to everyone at Beechmont Ford!
