Promising young lady

My experiences at this dealership have been good because of Deanna Redmond. She has been such a help to my wife and me. I don't have anxiety when she's the service rep waiting on us. I can't say enough good things about her. Although the car is another thing. It's been in the shop four times for the Service 4wd light. It will be in for the 5th time for the same ongoing problem. Excellent service and speed

The dealer was very professional and they explained everything and kept me in communication through every step of the way of the repair of my 300. Plus they also got my car repaired and finished much quicker than even what was anticipated. Gabrielle Roberts was very professional and also kept in touch and communicated everything that was happening. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I only had a day or so off to to a family emergency. I called Spitzer and Lucas got me in for an oil change within the hour they go above and beyond for their customers and it’s greatly appreciated and Lucas is so kind, considerate, thoughtful, and on top of everything he’s doing, I highly recommend him and Spitzer jeep for the remainder of my jeep life. Had a battery go bad under warranty and needed a tow. Had been very impressed with Logan South and his commitment to walking me thru the Roadside Service process that I paid extra to have my truck towed past the closest dealership to his. They definitely put the customer first.

A Verry Good Day for my Jeep and Me

I was greeted warmly and walked over to the service recption area. I reviewed the reason for my service visit 1) Oil Change, 2) Tire rotation 3) Check wiper blades 4) Check coolant status and 5) Multi point inspection. My service person Taylor did a quick check of any possible problem codes on the onboard memory in my 2021 Jeep Cherokee, and then asked if I would like a ride home. I agreed and was taken home promptly. When the work was completed Taylor gave me call, reviewed the work done, sent me a video of my vehivle and its current stats, sent a driver and I picked up my Jeep. I intend to return to Spitzer Chrysler Jeep Dodge for my next service interval.

Jeep service for maintenance and recall issue

Logan South was my service advisor. He was helpful in expediting and keeping me aware of completion of my vehicle. It took longer than expected and Logan was very patient with me. The vehicle needed more time to fix and he helped me secure a ride home. I really appreciated the extra time he gave to help me.
