Promising young lady

My experiences at this dealership have been good because of Deanna Redmond. She has been such a help to my wife and me. I don't have anxiety when she's the service rep waiting on us. I can't say enough good things about her. Although the car is another thing. It's been in the shop four times for the Service 4wd light. It will be in for the 5th time for the same ongoing problem. It's very frustrating that this issue has not been resolved. Waymon Lloyd
