Perfect experience no pressure sales staff

Cory Sexton was awesome! Great salesman no pressure sales approach. The manager thanked us and congratulated us The finance woman Karma was so beautiful and kind. Most love about this experience no pressure. Very caring. Made sure the used car was spotless and full of gas. Can’t wait to buy our next vehicle here. Highly recommend. While we were waiting the other salespersons all spoke to us and the maintenance dept that shined up our Cadillac did too.

Just bought a 2018 ATS at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac in Beavercreek, Ohio where the process - start to finish was top shelf - couldn't ask for more. Initial phone contact, follow-up from Rob in Sales, negotiation, trade-in - all smooth and agreeable. On arrival, the car was prepped, clean and various accessories were explained. Paperwork was ready with no surprises. Their team was welcoming and I was pleased. The experience, and more importantly, the sedan, were both everything I expected.

He is courteous knowledgeable and goes way beyond to assist us in what we need to know about our new Cadillac. Buying a pre- owned SUV from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac was the best experience my husband and I have ever had purchasing a car.
