Bait and switch

The Manager at Kia Chris told me if I came down AFTER they begged me to come in I would not go upside down on my loan if I traded my car ( 2013 15K like new condition ! All kinds of bells and whistles ) Well they insukted me by offering me 5k less than I owe !!! Plus did a hard hit knowing I just wanted to hear how they were going to not make me go upside down and lower my monthly pmt and a lower interest rate ( I have 2.4 now) !!! I really like the sales people BUT Have not patience with people that lie !!! I really wish someone that was in a position would read this and it would not just get lost in the shuffle ! Bought 3 previous from them

Poor Quality Product Not Dealership's Fault

Purchased a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan about 14 months ago. Experienced several issues that were a result of poor quality and design of the vehicle Recently traded the Dodge in for another manufacturer. The service department did all they could to rectify the problems. They provided a loaner car on several occasions. Sales staff was also very helpful and courteous.

Pitifully Poor Customer Service

Salesman promised to bring a car that I wanted to see from one of their other dealerships to the Eastgate location. When I arrived at the scheduled time to see it, they inform me the car was sold the day before, but no one could tell me that hours earlier when they supposedly confirmed the other dealership had the car? Sales mgr then starts with all the things he had to do that day, along with his sales staff, none of which had to do with selling cars. They obviously felt a female could not possibly buy a car on their own so totally ignored me and my requests. I've heard many bad things about this dealership and my experience only affirmed. Buy elsewhere!
