Poor Quality Product Not Dealership's Fault

Purchased a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan about 14 months ago. Experienced several issues that were a result of poor quality and design of the vehicle Recently traded the Dodge in for another manufacturer. The service department did all they could to rectify the problems. They provided a loaner car on several occasions. Sales staff was also very helpful and courteous.
