Hospital Office Associate

I dropped my car off, I was given a uber driver home and back. I dropped my car off at 10am, all work that was done on my car was completed by 12pm. I appreciated the customer service and the work that was done on my car, everyone was great!

I needed a routine oil change, but also had a noise I wanted checked. They diagnosed, fixed and got the cost of close to $500 covered by my lifetime warranty.

Van Devere Service Review

The Van Devere Bunch Service Dept. came to my workplace, picked up my car and did an oil change and tire rotation, washed the car and returned it to my work. They were corteous and service is always excellent!

Worst service experience ever

Service on a Chevy Tahoe, under warranty. Repairs are not completed on time, initial repair information is not proactively provided, you must phone for updates which are not easily obtained. Twice, used "previous experience" with vehicle instead of diagnostics. Insisted a loud transmission noise was normal in 4x4, even after replacing the differential on the opposite side for the same symptom. Just told me not to use it unless really necessary. Had vehicle on rack, but did not notice rear shocks were blown. This was identified by my mechanic two weeks later during a tire rotation and repaired (by a different dealer of course, well under warranty). Same dealer later determined that the left differential was faulty and was causing the noise. Was concerned as vehicle was slipping backwards while parked on hills, their solution; park it on a hill on their lot for days and see if it rolled away. Not just a poor service experience, just really scary from a safety standpoint overall.
