GREAT buying experience

I recently purchased a brand new Silverado from Hamza "H" at City Chevrolet. The experience was truly 5 star from the start. H and I met in the parking lot and immediately shared a laugh. Despite me giving him a hard time about some purchase and pricing considerations, he remained personable, professional and very transparent throughout the process. Even in the finance process they made me feel right at home and really like I was part of the Hendrick Family. The post purchase follow up has been spot on too. In short - they do what they say they're gonna do when they say they're gonna do it - and that's rare in today's world. I'm looking forward to the rest of the journey with this vehicle and dealership - and highly recommend both H and City Chevrolet if you're in the market for a Chevy at a VERY competitive price.

Best car sale experience

We were in the market for a F250. We found one at City Chevrolet. We were met by Dylan Clarke and we couldn't have been happier. Dylan was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. He did not try to force sell or upsell. Honesty is important in car sales and Dylan has that quality. We will buy from Dylan again, no matter where he is working.

I recently just bought a Mazda 6 with Zeus and he was a great salesman. Very knowledgeable and great personality. He help me get my payments where I wanted them to be monthly for a great car. I also had a last minute maintenance request, and he was able to accommodate me in less than 24 hours! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here with him!

We had a great experience at Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet! We flew into Charlotte, NC from WV and Alexis Daniels our salesperson picked us up from the airport. Im in a wheelchair due to an accident and they went above and beyond to accomodate me. Everyone was super friendly and very welcoming and very informative and up front about everything. They got us the deal we wanted and we love our 2023 Tahoe. We will definitely be back if we ever need another vehicle in the future! Thank you Alexis for all your help!

Haven't bought a car in years, so we were a bit hesitant. We visited a few other Dealerships (they will remain unnamed) then wound up at City Chev. Joey was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and patient! He showed us several options, both used and new, within our budget, answered all our questions and if he didn't have an answer he was quick to reach out to fellow employees to provide us with accurate answer! We NEVER felt pressured, which was a relief! Upon making our decision, after 5 hours, yes, he hung with us for 5 hours, he set up our phones in the car and patiently showed us step by step all the "bells & whistles" - now that's what I call SERVICE! Let City Chevrolet and Joey earn your trust too!

Hiram and the City Chevrolet experience was fantastic! I was greeted upon arrival with friendly smiles, Hiram had everything ready to go when I arrived. Being from 2 hours away, not having to wait in the dealership all day while they got the paperwork together was key. Pricing was what they said it would be over the phone. This was one of the best car experiences I’ve had in 40 years. Thank you Hiram and City Chevrolet!!!!

Best dealership service experience

From the moment I called and left a voicemail during the weekend, I thought surely I’d have to keep calling to make an appointment. Thankfully I was wrong, Monday morning I got a call and a quick and easy appointment setup. I’m the kind of person that always asks what services are recommended or needed for my mileage, however before I could I was recommended the 100k recommended service and they were able to fit it in at the same appointment time. Initially I was hesitant to stick around and wait for my service to be completed but I was taken to the waiting area with a dedicated desk area to work, to my surprise the internet was super fast and I got a free latte (which was very good) and got to work. Before I knew it my car was done, and I actually got some work done! This was my first time at City Chevy but I was taken care of like a preferred customer, and everyone went above and beyond to take good care of me and my car! You’ve earned a loyal customer!
