With the help from manager Mike and my sales consultant Michael. The whole process of vehicle return, trade-in and delivery of new vehicle replacement is so smooth and unforgettable. Especially, manager provides a lot of helpful and useful advices. These valuable suggestions helps me for making decisions with no uncertainty. He is enthusiastic in explaining my every question in patience is warm-hearted. Though procedures are complicated and heavy, they make it smooth, light and convenient. It is worthwhile. Honest and helpful

Tyler was great about explaining features and comparing 2 vehicles that I was looking at. He was up front about pros and cons, he even crawled under the vehicle in the snow to see if it had a tow package for me! He didn’t hesitate to get me into what I wanted even though he had to go to another dealership to get the paperwork for the vehicle that was in their back lot that I liked the most! When we did the financing everything was explained thoroughly for me and I was not pressured to purchase the recommended add ons. Tyler made sure I was comfortable with the operations of my new vehicle before I left the lot and told me not to hesitate to call if I needed anything.

I wasn’t pushed into anything. I felt like I mattered and everything was my decision. The price was fair as they were willing to work with us on what we could afford. They even threw in an auto start because they knew how important it was to my wife! Jessy was awesome!

1. Salesperson was very concerned that both my spouse and I were satisfied with the vehicle we were purchasing. He sensed that I was not excited about the color of the vehicle and the condition and therefore offered some other options. The salesperson was extremely professional, sincere and understanding. The person testing our trade-in vehicle was also very professional and understanding of what I thought our vehicle was worth.
