Talked to the sales manager on the phone and told him we would buy the vehicle and we would be driving from over two hours away. We gave him all of our credit information and was ready to sign the paperwork upon arrival. We arrived and the vehicle had been sold. We would have gladly paid a deposit if given the option. He was apologetic but not a professional way to do business. Don’t recommend doing business with them.

This place was literally the worst experience I have ever had. Now before I continue, Robin, Holly & Mike were great! I want to start off that from the beginning, it seemed like Tim (salesman) did not want to do anything. Literally did not know his name until Holly told me since he couldn’t introduce himself. Went on the test drive, and got numbers. We couldn’t agree on numbers like most negotiations go. Well after I told Tim that I was gonna to see another car, that’s when the attitude came, I asked him for my keys and registration and his mood just switched. He caught an attitude with me. After the 5-6th time asking, I walked up to the manager and asked for my stuff. Tim then turned me and said “I’m getting it and watch your attitude” in which anyone would do I said “excuse me” and he responded with “watch how you talk to me”. He then followed me out and keep repeating “what are you going to do” in a threaten way. I then had to come back because I forgot my registration, when I walked out, Tim turned to me and said “Pussy” in which I laughed at his face. Now I do want to repeat, MANAGER WAS LITERALLY SITTING THERE AND ALLOWED IT!! I was then approached by another salesman in which I forgot his name but I do know he is Haitian. He literally APOLOGIZED to me and said what can he do to make my experience better. At this point, it wasn’t the deal not working out it was the damn salesman. EVEN A CUSTOMER THERE SAID THAT WAS THE WORST THING HE HAS EVER SEEN. I really cannot believe someone with that mindset works in a customer service environment. Unfortunately no one will ever reach out to me to make up for it. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A 0 RATING BUT I HAVE TO PUT A STAR RATING TO SUBMIT THIS.

Quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called looking for a certain car, later that evening it was found! Found at a price that was way under budget. When we looked up the value of the actual vehicle I bought, it was actually worth around $1300 more than I bought it for. This will not be the last car I buy from Carmazone! Thank you!!!!

Worth a look if you're in the market for a used car. Really impressed by the layout, inventory and pricing. Definitely ask for Davis when you go! He is super nice and professional, not pushy. And he's a straight talker! (I'm a female so I'm usually intimidated at places like this, but he is the total opposite of the "typical" car salesman.) I'm still looking, but I'm pretty sure I'll be back!
