Jeep Gladiator Rubicon

Have been getting my new Jeep serviced at westgate since I purchased it new. Every time an oil change is due, I feel like I get red carpet treatment. Appointments have always been punctual, they always offer a courtesy ride and I haven’t had any question left unanswered. 5 star!

Excellent Service Department

We have taken our vehicles to this dealership for all routine, maintenance, and any warranty needs. With each visit, we were greeted by a professional that listen to all of our needs. Our vehicle was finished as promised, and was returned to us cleaned

Wrecked my truck when there for Recall work

Took my truck in for recall work and one of their employees ran into the left side of the bed. The quarter is dented, the fender flair is destroyed and don’t know what damage is not readily visible. They gave me no loaner vehicle, said would repair the damage and that’s it. No compensation for my time, no truck to use while it is getting fixed, basically the GM’s position was that this was no worse than a parking lot door ding and so that I should just accept that they are going to do the absolute minimum to fix the situation. This truck is a 2020 3500 Laramie with 1691 miles on it and was there for a recall. They wrecked what was essentially a new vehicle when it HAD to be there for the recall work and I am just supposed to live with this result ? They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Crappy service

I haven’t even gotten my car fixed yet, but the customer service at this place is atrocious. I have done more waiting at the place for a loaner vehicle than I think it would take to actually fix my car. I would recommend going elsewhere for service if you want anything done in a timely manner. I will not be coming back after this.

Westgate Pre-Owned is fantastic

I bought a 2006 Jeep Commander from Westgate Pre-owned over a year ago. When I had an issue with the interior door handles after purchasing it, they did not hesitate to fix the problem. I have had bodywork done on the Commander done there after I was in a minor accident. The work was 5 star and it was quick. I have had mechanical work done on multiple cars there. They are very honest, and always charge LESS then what you are told when you bring it in. All mopar certified mechanics but work on all makes. The managers and garage-head are fantastic and friendly. They go out of there way to help out. I do not hesitate to go and ask them questions about my. I do not take my Jeeps to the main dealership because the service department employees are rude and treat you like you don't know what you are saying. That's why I go across the street to the pre-owned dealership. That being said the parts department is very helpful. Westgate Pre-owned will always have my business. Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge should take notes. Thank you Westgate Pre-owned.

Hard working service Dept.

I recently bought a car from Westgate. After getting it home I noticed a few minor things that I wanted fixed on the car. I talked to my salesperson and the service manager, took the car in and was fixed while I waited for no charge! Honest, hard working service dept. that did the job right! Highly recommended!
