I'm very satisfied with the overall experience I had at ktown cars ..the staff is very helpful and no pressure nor hassle ..when it came time to buy..Kenneth answered every question we had about the vehicle we bought and when we pointed out minor things the vehicle needed..they took care of if it immediately. I will be buying my next car at ktown ..thank all of you at ktown for making the experience a great one..

First off this review is from the outside looking in, I went to this dealer with a friend to look at a car he was interested in. He called in advance and spoke with two different people, and explained his cituation to them, I feel like they told him what he wanted to hear over the phone to get him to the lot; as most dealers would do. And after he got there everthing they told him had changed of coarse. He did like the car, so he did purchase it. Two days after buying it, of coarse service engine light, and other comes on. He called the dealer who told him. You signed the As Is form, ( which a copy of was not provided to him) its your problem, and i hope you find the part you need. I just feel like it is very poor service to just out right take advantage of people. If something is wrong with the car, fix it then sell it. Or at least be willing to help your customer figure out what is wrong with the car. You may not pay to have it fixed "As Is" i get it!, but thank you for your money Mr. Customer, now get out of here, good luck figuring it out, is not how you generate repete customers. If you go to this dealer, buy with caution!
