Friendly Dealer - No Pressure!

We found a used car at Hastings Ford using Edmunds car search and drove over to have a look. We called ahead, and the car was ready for us. The salesman took our information and we very quickly took the car for a spin. No hassle, no pressure, very congenial and very professional. I would recommend this dealer to anyone for any make or model!

Excellent buying experience

I had an excellent buying experience from the first contact on the lot to the negotiation experience to the management staff to the finance staff. Everything was very smooth and everyone very courteous and helpful. Could not ask for a better buying experience. Highly recommended. Aubrey Dixon was my salesman and he's awesome! Also got an excellent deal as well.

I bought a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium from Hastings. I got seriously rear ended and after that little things started to happen. The major thing was the computer which went out (I did not use Hastings Body Shop, stupid move). They had it a month and literally disassembled the electrical system. During that time, Hastings paid for my rental. When I got the car back, in a mad frenzy, I traded it in on Brand X (Toyota Prius). I kept that car for a year appreciating the 50 MPG but it was cheaply made and the seats, well I could go on for an hour about the seats. Anyway, when I could finally straighten myself up I high tailed it to Hastings and bought my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium off the lot. I'm old so I don't remember the name of my salesman, but he is married to the owner. THe people at Hastings are always nice and interested in who I am. They were glad to see me come back and I was glad to be back. I am hoping the Focus is my last car, but if not, I will be going to Hastings for #3.
