Had a great experience when we purchased our new Honda Pilot Trail sport. Jakob our salesmen was very pleasant to work with. The weather wasn’t the best but Jakob made every effort to make sure that did not hinder the experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jakob as salesman to work with.

Buying a new car has been modernized from what was previously a bit of a chore, yet the staff at Honda of Concord are friendly, welcoming, and personable. Our sales person, Robin, gave us time to decide for ourselves, and helped us meet our goals! Choosing the right warranty has never been easier. Love my Honda!

Went to get my husband a truck and left with 2! One for him and one for me😁 3rd truck we've bought from Robin and Chip. Great people. Trying to get my sister to get her a new CR-V from them. Love the wonderful service. Fast forward to 4/10/24 Ok! Today my sister will be leaving the Rick Hendrick Honda of Concord lot with her new Honda CRV 2024 with 6 miles on it! Corey spotted us walking around looking for what she wanted and he delivered exactly what she told him. Robin came in to confirm she was sure of what she wanted, she drove the car and Lester got everything wrote up and explained her purchase! This is a wonderful place to visit or purchase a vehicle. The most interpersonal sales representatives, they make sure you are treated as well or better than their own family and the service is the best!
