Excellent Sales Rep

My husband and I were looking at used cars but, unfortunately, didn’t find what we were looking for today. However, the sales rep, Dakota Buckey was amazing! He was not one of those pushy salesmen who make you want to immediately turn around and leave. He was very personable & knowledgeable as well as showed a genuine interest in us and our needs. I wish more salesmen were like him, it would take some of the stress out of finding the right car for our family!

I had an excellent purchase experience with Jarod Smith (salesman), and Malachi Smith (new car sales manager). The process was very easy and the dealership had the CR-V Hybrid on the lot we wanted in the color and trim package. This was the best sales experience I've had in years and would recommend Hendrick Honda to family and friends.

Honda CRV from Will Lackey

We had a great buying experience with Will and his team at Hendrick Honda at South Boulevard, Charlotte. Will was polite and friendly and very helpful in working with our requirements. He gave us a fantastic test drive and pointed out several cool features on the car that we wouldn’t have ever explored ourselves! Will is very knowledgeable about his cars. He also demonstrated diversity and inclusion (I previously had a dealer tell me that I was a good driver that left a bad taste in my mouth. Because I’m an Asian woman, am I supposed to feel happy that a non-Asian male appreciates my driving? Will never felt the need to resort to such cheap tactics to close a deal). All in all, we were SO happy to give our business to Hendrick Honda! We have been lifelong Honda fans, and Will and Hendrick Honda simply reiterated our faith in the brand!!

Glen was able to set up with one of his techs to fix my son’s Subaru Forester, which was having several undercarriage issues. He always does his best to fix it quickly and efficiently and looks out to ensure no extra costs are involved throughout process. If you are looking for great service and great pricing, look no further than Hendrick Honda Charlotte! We purchased a 24 Honda Pilot, they kept us up to date during the build process and delivered the vehicle on time with no issues! Garrett at sales was amazing, he did a great job for us! Shane worked our deal and was very fair in pricing and terms both on our new car and trade-in. Tony at finance office gave us some extended warranty options and pricing as well. This was our third Honda that we have bought from a Hendrick store and we plan on buying more Hondas from Henrick in the future! 5 Stars all around!
