The Taurus is a pleasure to drive. Erick S. was easy to work with, very helpful and continues to be available to answer all my concerns and questions. I found the entire experience to be comfortable and simple. Everyone was friendly. I especially appreciated Tracey from the Service Department inspecting my car and showing me around that area. I have already recommended Bell and Erick to my friends.

This is our 3rd vehicle at Bell -and we will make it 4 within the next 18 months- because the vehicles are not only reliable and aesthetically striking but the sales and finance team do their best to make the purchasing process as stress-free as possible. This lease was our second with the Explorer and we purchased a Fusion 4 years ago. In all three deals, the sales people worked with us rather than making us feel pressured in getting to a deal. Let me be clear though, the product, the vehicle itself, is the real selling point. We hope to continue to do business at Bell Ford for many years to come. ps. Seeing a lot of the same salespeople in the showroom every time we come back is also extremely comforting and speaks volumes to the success and commitment of your staff

I just leased a 2015 Ford Escape. My husband and I were pleased with the exceptional assistance we received at the dealorship. Vitor Ventura, our salesman, was extremely helpful. He assisted us in the leasing process and explained the option we were considering. Denise White was alos very helpful. All in all this was the best experience that my husband and I have ever had with a car delership. We were very happy with our selection and how we were treated. We give them 5 stars.

Everyone was great they took time with me to find exactly what I wanted. They explained everything so I didn't get any negative surprises. I received my truck in a short amount of time. Mr. Edon was nice to work with. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle and treatment.

My new Fiesta

I purchased a 2015 Fiesta. Firstly Barry from the internet department was very helpful by email and then by phone. I met Denise from the same department at the dealership and she was also very good. Lester was my salesman and we had some fun with the car and the whole buying experience was great!

I was in the market for a 2015 Mustang. I had been to several dealerships looking before I went to Bell. Why I didn't just go there first I don't know. It would've saved me a lot of headache and stress. On my way home after being disappointed at yet another dealership,I decided last minute to drive over to Bell remembering that my cousin had recommended them. He bought his Escape there and had a wonderful experience. I didn't get to the dealership until about 7:30,they closed at 8.Steve came out to meet me and immediately it was a different and better experience than the others I had gone to. He wasn't pushy or intimidating. Even with the fact that they were closing in a half hour he still let me test drive a car and spent time to answer my questions and make sure of what I wanted. The other places I went seemed too aggressive and manipulative. Not Steve. He came across as honest, knowledgeable and sensitive. While the other dealerships laughed at my budget and made rude comments such as I had champagne taste on a beer budget,Steve politely told me that even though I needed to be realistic he would try his best to get me in the budget i wanted. I felt bad that it was getting late but Steve genuinely assured me that it was ok and that he didn't mind at all. In the end Steve not only met my budget but when I picked the car up the next day I found that it was actually $10 less a month than we originally thought. I'd love to drive by and honk at the other dealerships! Steve was authentically excited for me and walked me gently through the process as I had never bought a new car before. Thank you so much Steve and Bell Ford for getting me behind the wheel of my dream car! You made the process comfortable and painless. I recommend anyone looking for a Ford go right over to Bell Ford and ask for Steve!

An Outstanding Leasing Experience

We just completed our lease transaction at Bell Ford with employee Jeff G. Jeff is an amazing and knowledgeable sales person. He was extremely helpful and honest. It was truly a pleasure working with him and this dealership. Jeff is very patient and I never felt rushed. He really worked hard to satisfy any questions, gave me a great price for the Edge (a beautiful truck!) and got my plates quickly. He's very personable, he answered all questions, knew everything and really went out of his way to help. I highly recommend working with Jeff. Thanks so much, Jeff and Bell Ford!
