Great dealership! I love my new Fusion! Car was as advertised and my sales representative, Michael Cappuccio, made my purchase quick and easy. I drove the car home to Dallas and it was worth every mile. No hidden dealer fees either...highly recommended.

We just bought a new Ford Escape SE at Bell Ford in Colonia and we couldn’t be happier, unless, of course the Yanks had made it to the World Series and the Giants could win another football game. We had the pleasure to work with Mike Cappucio and he could not have been more helpful. He has a fantastic personality and is a great guy ; but, more important, he knows the car inside and out and helped us to get a great deal. Mike is honest and sincere and was always respectful of our time and wishes. We look forward to working with him again when we are ready for our next car. Everyone else at Bell Ford was very nice as well; and, everything was clean neat. Rodney helped us get a fair price for our trade in; and Paul made sure that we got through the paperwork hassle free (and he didn’t even rub it in that Boston won the World Series - well, maybe a little - Congrats, they were the best team).

As I did my first time, I had a second great buying experience. The salesman and finance guy were thorough, honest and knowledgeable. From the time that I stepped on the lot to the time that I drove away in my new car, I must have spent a total of 2.5 hours with them. It was efficient yet prudent. I am very happy with the experience. I am loyal to Ford and Colonia so I can't go wrong with Bell Ford.

could have waved bad transmission only 70,538 miles

i have been a loyal customer of ford over 30 years as i believe in buying american product and really like ford.but after two times i had transmission problem ,and i had to settle for a smaller escape to my explorer xlt which me and my wife have been driving for many years.my trade in was with only 70,538 miles and was in excellent condition as i always changed oil and cleaned engine and antifreeze and chnged transmission fluid.they treated me well except putting on an extra $100 per month to pay for the transmission problem.chris mortenson was a really good guy as paul,but i know i should have gotten a better monthly payment for a ford escape.as i also put down $1000 for a down payment.but in all honesty a customer for so many years should have gotten a better deal.God bless America!

I just drove home in my new Fusion thanks to Bell Ford! Roy and Tony were amazing! They were friendly, beyond helpful and did all they could do make sure I was happy! Which I am! 😊 My great experience didn't end there Paul in finance was the cherry on top of a great day at Bell ford. Thanks to all these great guys who went above and beyond! 👍👍

fusion 2015 service was excellent staff friendly. American made car now was not like before(40 yrs ago). the interior roomy than BMW and looks so nice. I used to owned foreign car(BMW 325i) before and they are not only expensive to maintain but gave so much problem from the time I purchased until I junked it.

Ford Focus ST service was delightful and full of information. Sales was patient and courteous . The only thing is who ever filled the cars tank hit the back light and cracked it. Ford was kind enough to give us 2yr oil change at n/c which was expected. thank you

I am so thrilled with my decision to purchase a Ford Fusion from Bell Ford. My dad went in the day before to look at the car for me, and Roy was great. He talked at length with my dad, and then had everything ready for when I came in the next day to look at the car. He wasn't pushy, answered all my questions, and was very transparent about the whole process. The GM was just as nice and transparent. Thank you!

I got a fusion . The service wa excellent. I do think the salesmen should have some basic finance knowledge. I came in and filled out paperwork as I purchased and had to wait two days for approval of acceptance and was told the payment we settled on was all I needed they should know when sending you to finance there may be other money needed That way you have a option of getting it rather then putting it into the lease payment I would definitely recommend them to family and friends the service was outstanding

I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium. Denise White handled the internet contact and price negotiation. Chris Mortenson handled the sale. John Wolstromer and Paul Singh completed the transaction (trade-in and financing). Tiffany Smith walked me through the Service process. Thanks to the internet process, I was in and out of the dealership within about 2-3 hours, as opposed to the 10-hour process I endured at one of the those high-volume you're-just-a-number dealers. At Bell Ford, they care about you and treat you like a person, not a number.
