When I am at the dealer for routine service I am asked often and by several people if they may assist... I have worked in sales for most of my life and this is no complaint. Try finding someone at a discount Mart store who cares or knows very much.

I live in NYC, but could only find the car I wanted (certified pre-owned 2007 or newer Hyundai Santa Fe) with the options I wanted (AWD, 3.3 litre engine, third-row seat) at Towne Ford/Hyundai in Buffalo. Although I had no leverage, because I called the dealership and made arrangements to purchase the car over the telephone, my salesman (Ben Indelicato) and his manager reduced the purchase price by an amount equivalent to my travel costs for picking up the car and driving it home. I ended up flying to Buffalo in the midst of the worst rain- & wind-storm of the year, and my flight was delayed several hours. However, the dealership had someone waiting to pick me up at the airport, in the car I planned to buy (so that I could drive it back to the dealer myself). At the dealership, the purchase process flew by. The license plates were already on the car, and the vehicle was spotless. The only 'option' or 'extra' that I was offered - with a truly no-pressure non-sales pitch - was the more comprehensive 10-year/100,000-mile warranty, which I had already decided to purchase. About a week after the purchase, Ben, my salesman, e-mailed the dealer's photos of the car to my insurance agent, so that I would not have to deal with getting a photo inspection (something that most insurers require for used cars in NY, to ensure they are undamaged and reduce the possibility of fraudulent claims for damage that the car sustained prior to the purchase). A few weeks after driving home, I had all of my registration & title documents in my hand. From beginning to end, I was completely satisfied with the experience, and will definitely consider returning to Towne - and to Ben Indelicato, if he's still there - when I purchase my next car.

We bought a 2007 Hyundai Tucson at Towne Hyundai Last Year. I have to say after shopping for almost a year, (we weren't in a hurry), to find a replacement vehicle for my wife, shopping at Towne Hyundai was a very pleasurable buying experience. We researched and visited dealers all over Western and Central New York. Most of that time was devoted to deciding which brand of mini SUV to buy. After that, it was a matter of the best Deal we could get on a Tucson, which narrowed it down to a few Hyundai Dealers in our area. Our Sales rep was a man by the name of Mack Farr. Mack is the friendliest, most genuine person I have ever met. We did our homework with the numbers beforehand. We also had the Edmunds TMV and Consumer Report pricing guides to help us. We were able to come to a deal on a Black 2007 Tucson with a V6 engine very quickly. No gimmicks, no smoke and mirrors, no extra fees. The F and I Manager got us a much better interest rate from Hyundai Financing also, than we got shopping around on the outside previously. (One of us works at a Bank as well- No deal there, even with the so called employee discount). I would recommend this dealer highly, ( and have done so), to others.
