2nd Vehicle I've purchased from BK Subaru. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This Dealership indeed believes in the Golden Rule. It can get busy there but it's indeed worth the wait. I drove 60 miles to this Dealership and would drive 160 if I had to.

Had an Appointment, got there early. Danielle was my service rep, she was very professional & courteous. She explained the service requirements in detail based on the mileage. The service was performed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this Subaru service department.

Nothing was completed

After making an apt to have a specific part replaced in an older model with the service manager, the part was not in stock. This took three hours to realize. After two hours of no updates I was told that another part of the requested service could not be completed, they did however give me a list of additional issues that they could work on. At that point I was furious and the tone f voice on the associate dealing with me put me over the edge. This was the second time I had made an apt specifically for a part replacement and the part wasn’t in stock (I could understand if I had just shown up). They lost a loyal customer

Terrific Customer Service

We were referred to Bill Kolb Subaru by Costco. When we arrived there for the first time we were greeted warmly by our salesperson Evan Cano. We were guided through the ordering process in a most professional manner and placed our order. When the car was ready to be delivered we were on our way to pick up the car and we were involved in a minor traffic accident and could not get to the dealership. The next morning we asked Evan if we could be picked up and driven to the dealership to pick up the car. Evan drove from Rockland Count to Long Island to accommodate us. That is how accommodating the dealership is. When we were finalizing the lease process we met with Marty the finance manager. He was exceptionally nice and guided us through that process with recommendations on which services would be valuable to purchase. Evan’s dad Holman and the general manager Joe P were also extremely helpful during the process. Needless to say we were totally satisfied. Having previously owned Subaru’s we were familiar with the cars and their reliability in our opinion our experience at this dealership went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.

Pleasant experience

If you have to wait for your car at the dealership for service this is the place to do it. Lots of light from windows in two spacious, comfortable room s. Very friendly staff who answer your questions. Wait time wasn’t bad either.

Hysteria at the plant.

Their was some attitude (negative) that I felt was exhibited today. My service rep seemed annoyed and told me that they recommended something only after work authorized was completed. Next time would like to receive information before my initial car maintenance was completed.

Excellent service at the new spacious facility with top of the line waiting room. The system has been set up in a way that makes it very easy from the moment you arrive until your car is ready. The assignment of a service representative is a brilliant idea. All personnel is very courteous and knowledgeable. I have to add that Al Cisneros is an excellent Service Representative. He has all the qualities required for the job !
