DO NOT BOTHER with DICK I. VW if you want to be treated right. This is THE place if you are want to be discriminated. How can they be worse than Vincent? WRONG! Salesman standing around bad mouthing other people while we were looking to buy two cars. Finally my partner and I walked out.. Hey [non-permissible content removed], we heard you calling us "weirdos"as we left. Honda wasn't better either. No parking & rude receptionist.

Ok sales experience

I bought my Eos from Vincent. The process was average. Some of the usual games were dragging out the time, checking with the "manager" and fudging numbers back and forth to cause confusion. The sales person was nice. The price was ok and the trade in value for my older vehicle was a little low but fair. Picking up the vehicle was a bit rushed and the staff flew through explaining the features.
