BE AWARE! This dealer will charge you for your new car TREMENDOUS preparation fee and documentation preparation fee. What is simply profit above profit. You never see price which you negotiate. CHECK your "Cash price" BEFORE you will sing contract. They will make you tired waiting 2-3hrs for final documentation and they will take advantage on this situation. Learn on my mistake!!! And make sure that everything what you paid for it is in your new car. I do not recommend this dealer.

Horrible Experience: Sold me a lemon

In short, my experience at City World Toyota was, by far, my WORST experience as a customer in the United States. My car (2004 Toyota Corolla) started giving me PROBLEMS a couple of weeks after I bought it from them and they REFUSED to fix it completely, they PRESSURE you psychologically into buying, and they have a very SLOW service. If you're looking to buy a car from people who care about customers, CWT is a WRONG choice. For example, the used car sales manager implicitly said that it's my fault that I chose a BAD car from them. I've been saving up for so long for this car, my first car. And all of this was RUINED on buying from them. Plus they WAISTED 1000$ worth of my money in time, Ubers, and nerves. If you'd like to read the whole story, here it is: First mistake by CWT: Rafael Melendez (Sales person) and Leo Bonetti (Sales Manager) push me towards buying although I explicitly said for at least 5 times that I wanna keep looking around. I won't go into details, but it was very unprofessional, and the conclusion I came back with that day is that car dealers are vultures. I never had a similar experience anywhere in the US. Second mistake by CWT: Leo tells me to come back and pay by credit card. When I come the next day, Rafael tells me I can only pay in cash. I stayed there for 4 hours (no exaggeration) for them to find a way. Third mistake by CWT: Check engine light turns on 2 weeks after I buy the car. I take it to their service center. Before they put in the new parts (catalytic converter) the car engine starts making noises. When I come back to put in the new parts, I ask them to fix the noise, they refuse to fix it as it was after the 30 day warranty. I paid around 150$ in uber to and from the service center because they didn't say explicitly that they're not fixing it (super unprofessional). Fourth mistake by CWT: I call Rafael and tell him what's happening. I suggest leasing a car instead. He rushes into it since he'll make more money. And he blatantly says "We'll have to appraise your car" as if I didn't just buy it from them. At CWT, he starts throwing paperwork at me towards leasing a new car before he even tells me how much will I get back from returning the corolla. Fifth mistake by CWT: After I start raising the issue to management, everyone kept saying my hands are tied and throwing it on someone else (Rafael --> Leo, Leo --> Paul (used car sales manager), Paul --> Julissa (from service center)). The funniest thing is when Paul says "You bought a 2004 Toyota Corolla, and that's your mistake" which shows that they don't have faith in their own cars (FAIL). I reply "It is your duty to make sure you are selling quality cars". He replies "That's what you think". So much for treating customers.

My experience with this dealership and the sales person I was attended by was truly satisfying. My sales person was Michael Tavarez I loved the facility, the processes was very smooth. I will not hesitate to recommend City World Toyota if someone is looking for a vehicle.

Been a City World Customer for almost 3 years. Decided to upgrade and with the help of Keith Dunkely I was able to drive off the lot the same day with my awesome Toyota 2016 Rav 4. Go visit City Toyota and ask for Keith you will not be disappointed. Also want to thank the wonderful staff at City World for their great hospitality. They always make you feel welcome.

My decision to visit City World Toyota on Sunday was absolutely the right one. My family (including my two boys 2 and 6 yrs old) was immediately taken care of by the staff, especially by Keith our dealer. He listened to what we were looking for and what our needs were for our car lease. Not only did working with Keith lead us in the right direction for our families needs in a vehicle but the trust created in the experience sealed the deal and we drove home in our 2016 RAV4 that same afternoon. I can not emphasize enough how well this experience went for us. It is my first Toyota and first time leasing a vehicle but based on the quality of the awesome RAV4 (I love this car!) and of City World Toyota staff and sales team I will be in the Toyota family for years to come.

The sales experience was top notch all around. The dealership was neat, clean, and organized with all cars on display for easy viewing. Jimmy Johnson went above and beyond to locate the vehicle of my choice and partnered with his associate Victor to coordinate procurement and delivery to me. This dealership has been nothing but loyal to my needs. I went in for service and inspection on my 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Eco Plus (purchased at the same dealership 2 years prior) and walked out THE SAME DAY! with a 2016 Toyota Corolla S. The dealership closes at 9pm and both Micheal and Jose assisted me above and beyond until I left the dealership at 9:30pm. Michael worked until no end to make sure I got the best deal possible. The transaction was not about selling me a new car, but more so about accommodating my needs, which is a breath of fresh air in a sales environment. Finalizing my transaction with Jose was a breeze. He made sure I understood my contract and was patient in answering all of my questions. When I returned the next day to thank Micheal, Victor was so kind in helping me set up my features on the vehicle. I am more than satisfied and would recommend these 3 individuals 10x over.

The experience I had was so stress-free. It was my first time leasing a car ever and Devon was extremely accommodating to meet the needs I had. Since I am a recent graduate and this was my first car he tried his best. The whole experience was pleasant and the whole process was effortless. By the end I was able to drive my car out with everything taken care of. Jose was also extremely helpful in answering my questions dealing with all the documentation for the car.I would definitely recommend this dealership and Devon and Jose in particular to others!!

i love everything from this dealer ship. When i came in a had a happy welcome with the fist person who i saw from sales dept (Jimmy Johnson); he accommodate us with the best deal and make us feel comfortable. We did a driving test as soonest i meet with the sales person and i will never forget this experience because other dealer doesn't do it at the beginning of the process. Everyone was friendly with my kids and they were a section for kids to play and watch TV as well. Papsi Rosario( Customer Relationship manager did awesome job and great communication and friendly with us. My first experience was was nothing but excellent i love my Rav4. I could not asked for a more accommodating professional experience and i must admit that i expected it. Less

I recently leased a 2015 RAV 4 from Boston Road Toyota. I am more than pleased with the customer service I received at the dealership. Fabian was more than willing to help with my questions and kindly guided me through the car leasing process with professionalism. Yadel in the finance department explained all my leasing options thoroughly and made me feel comfortable with my decision. He was very patient. I would definitely come back to Toyota again.

The workers at City World Toyota are friendly, trustworthy and reliable. Especially the salesman that we work with, Keith Dunkley. He went far and beyond to meet our needs and accommodate us. I normally don't do this because i don't have time for these reviews but these guys at City World Toyota are PHENOMENAL!! I mean, they're super friendly, trustworthy, reliable, and most importantly, I felt as if they GENUINELY cared about my experience with them as they went the extra mile with every single detail and went straight to the point with the most competitive pricing I received in all of the tri state area as I went to over 15 dealerships before i purchased my vehicle. Victor Diaz and Mr. Arias were amazing from beginning to end and I'd like to give them and this dealership my highest recommendation as I sure will recommend all my friends here moving foward. I owned an '01 Camry from 2003 and was in no hurry to replace it, but wanted to checkout an upgrade. On my first visit, I felt I was not being heard as to what I wanted. I sat thru offers on new cars and more expensive used vehicles before leaving. A few days later I was called by the salesperson to say a vehicle had come in meeting my guidelines and they would call me when the car was ready to be shown. That "callback" took just over 4 weeks (See, I really wasn't in a rush). On my 2nd. visit I was thoroughly annoyed by the number of answers/errors that came from "the boss" when I asked for the bottom line payment. I did like the vehicle and opted to make the purchase, but the amount of time it took and the variety of responses I got from the salesperson really left a bad taste in my mind and on my tongue. Eagerness to make the sale seems to preclude serving the buyer. I would recommend this dealership, but only with a healthy warning to the buyer.
