I worked with Shawn Mitchell and found him to be most personable and helpful. He went over and above to negotiate the lease until I was finally able to lease the Honda Passport and maintain the monthly payment I was comfortable with. He took all my calls and questions with total professionalism. I would be happy to refer any one of my friends to him. I will say after contacting the other two Honda dealers in Syracuse I found Fox to be the most reasonably priced. Shawn called me the day after I picked my car up to check on my experience and make sure I was happy with everything. I really appreciated his attentiveness and concern.

I was treated with dignity and respect! I was so afraid I would be laughed out of the place because of my credit situation! But they worked for a whole week to get me into a car! And I actually went in to buy the cheapest used car I think the oldest too! And I came out with the newest car I've ever owned!
